Make sure you have a stable internet connection and are ready at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
Please check the Terms & Conditions to understand what is allowed and not allowed.
The call duration will be 3 minutes. However, during the purchase, you will see a duration of 5 minutes per session to provide extra time in case of technical issues. Fans must join the 1:1 Fan Call session for the full 5 minutes, while the artist will appear for 3 minutes within that duration.
After purchasing the 1:1 Fan Call session, we will send you a form with a list of questions, where you can submit up to 5 questions. The artist will answer during the call, but due to the 3-minute limit, prioritize your questions. The artist may not be able to answer all of them.
One of the two Secret Number members (per group) can speak English. It’s better if you can speak English, but if not, we may provide a translator next to the artist.
The main language during the 1:1 Fan Call is English (for Dita, she can speak in Indonesian).

You are allowed to screen record or take screenshots during the call.
Please wear appropriate clothing during the call—nothing political or religious. If your attire is deemed inappropriate, we reserve the right to terminate the call without a refund.
The background should not contain anything offensive or political or religious.
You must be present on time. If you experience disruptions during the call, you can rejoin the 1:1 Fan Call session as long as your time slot is still available.
The 1:1 Fan Call will start and end on time. If you miss your session for any reason, there will be no refunds or rescheduling.
Using offensive language or insults is not allowed. If detected, the call will be terminated immediately. Examples include: “Where are you from?” (questioning someone’s race or ethnicity), “What is your religion?” “How much money do you make?” “Why don’t you find a better job?” “How much do you weigh?” “Have you considered weight loss surgery?” “Have you considered a nose job?” “How old are you?” “Who is your boyfriend?”
You cannot ask the artist to do anything inappropriate, such as asking them to remove clothing.
If you violate these rules and the artist decides to end the call, there will be no refunds.
