Great news for ARMY in Indonesia! The BTS Pop-Up: Space of BTS will be in Jakarta from December 7, 2024, to March 9, 2025. The announcement was made via Weverse by BigHit Entertainment, BTS’s agency.
The Pop-Up store will be located at Neo Soho Mall, Jakarta, on the 3rd floor. It will be open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM WIB, where ARMY can shop and browse the latest BTS merchandise collection.
Tickets can be purchased via the websites echoofseoul.id or belitiket.co.id, with the condition that each customer will only receive one ticket per day. This rule is in place to give more people the opportunity to attend. The organizers will cancel duplicate or consecutive orders.
Customers are required to choose a specific entry time during the reservation. Once reserved, the entry time cannot be changed. If you wish to change the time, you must re-register. It is recommended that customers line up 30 minutes before their reserved time and have the email used for registration ready to exchange for the event wristband.
To ensure the event runs smoothly, fans are prohibited from using tents or chairs while waiting in line. Fans are also asked to refrain from leaving the queue or causing disturbances. Management has the right to limit entry for fans causing disruptions.
Inside the store, the rules are similar to typical Pop-Up stores. Visitors will be guided by staff, and they can stay in the store for a maximum of 30 minutes. Fans can choose the merchandise they wish to buy, but all items are limited edition and may sell out at any time.
Food, drinks, and pets are not allowed in the store. The entire area will be monitored by CCTV in real time. Visitors are advised to keep an eye on their belongings, as the management is not responsible for any loss.
Visitors are also allowed to document their experience for promotional purposes with permission from the store management. Purchases can be made using credit cards, debit cards, or QR payments, but cash payments will not be accepted. Some items may have a purchase limit due to limited stock, but specific details about which items have limits have not yet been disclosed.
Items purchased cannot be returned, except in cases of production defects, with proof of unboxing.
The BTS Pop-Up Store: Space of BTS has previously been held in several cities around the world, including New York, Toronto, and Melbourne. Now, it’s Indonesia’s turn to be the next destination for this highly anticipated event.
