South Korean Collective “DPR” (Dream Perfect Regime) lit up the stage during their much- anticipated concert in Indonesia. DREAMers flocked to the venue to witness the magic of DPR ARTIC, DPR IAN, and DPR CREAM, who showcased their signature blend of innovative music and breathtaking visuals.

 The Dream Reborn World Tour 2024 in Jakarta was held on 14 December 2024 at Beach City International Stadium. Jakarta was one of their stops in Asia, along with Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, and Hong Kong.

The concert was a rollercoaster of emotions, from high-energy bangers like Topic and Dream from DPR ARTIC, to soulful and intimate tracks such as “Darling” and “Uzuz” from DPR CREAM, “So Beautiful”, “Scaredy Cat” and “Nerves” from DPR IAN.

DPR ARTIC opened the night with “Dawning” and later energized the crowd with a remixed edition of “Do or Die” performed live on stage. Meanwhile, DPR CREAM kicked off with “How Many Drinks?” before continuing with other tracks like “Test Drive” and “Darling”. DPR IAN emerged as the final performer of the night, opening his set with “Welcome to the Otherside” from his album Dear Insanity. Other songs played during the performance had the audience humming and dancing along, including “Don’t Go Insane,” “So Beautiful,” “Nerves,” and “Ballroom Extravaganza.”

Throughout the concert, each member of DPR showcased their unique charm to all the DREAMers in Jakarta with their energetic performances. During their sets, they even delighted the audience by greeting them in Indonesian, using popular phrases like “Hallo Sayang”, “Aku cinta kamu” which added a personal and memorable touch to the show.

In a vibrant display of passion and support, DREAMers filled the arena with their voices, celebrating their idols while proudly waving banners that echoed their dreams with messages like ‘Every Star Comes from a DREAMer’ and ‘Dare to DREAM, Decide to DO”.

This concert was more than just a performance—it was a celebration of music, artistry, and the unwavering support of their Indonesian fans. It’s safe to say that DPR has left an indelible mark on Indonesia, and fans are already eagerly awaiting their return.

DPR ARTIST PROFILE

DPR is an independent, multi-genre music and video label and collective that was formed in late 2015. Their lineup consists of multi-talented artists who are musicians, producers, DJs, directors, videographers, choreographers, and much more. The collective’s influence in the arts, fashion, and music scenes are widely recognized due to the way that each artist’s stylistic interpretation of their personal stories is infused into the projects they release.

DPR has proven their international appeal through successful world tours. The thrilling “The Regime World Tour” in Jakarta (2022), sold out in just 2 hours. The shows were lauded for their innovative use of props, effects, and theatrics.

DPR IAN

DPR IAN or Christian Yu began composing and creating under the alias DPR IAN in late 2015 as one of the founding members of creative collective DPR (“Dream Perfect Regime”) in Seoul, South Korea. He is an Australian singer and director based in Los Angeles. The collective creates, directs, produces, and edits all types of multimedia projects for its diverse roster of talent, with DPR IAN serving as its chief director and editor. Known for his sharp artistic vision and tedious attention to detail, DPR IAN has emerged as a solo artist whose work blurs the lines of Pop, R&B, rock, and electronica to convey an atmospheric exploration of self-reflection and spirituality. He also directs music videos for himself, other DPR artists, BIGBANG’s TAEYANG, iKON’s Bobby, and Winner’s MINO, and most recently, he gained global recognition after he directed and starred in IU’s “Shopper” (2024) music video.

DPR CREAM

DPR CREAM is a South Korean singer, rapper and producer who joined Dream Perfect Regime in 2015. He began to show his presence as a main producer by participating in all DPR’s albums. He has also solidified his position by collaborating with numerous K-Pop and K-Hip Hop artists, such as BTS, Big Naughty, Kid Milli, and Beenzino.. In July 2019, he debuted as an artist with the single ‘The Voyager 737,’ which featured sophisticated sounds and an impressive, unique music video. He has continuously proven his musical growth by showcasing a variety of sounds through

collaborations with other DPR members. DPR CREAM has tried to naturally express his inner thoughts and complex emotions. Now as an artist himself, he would like to focus more on releasing new songs and featuring in other musicians’ songs.

DPR ARTIC

DPR ARTIC joined the DPR in 2019 and starting with Head in the Clouds LA 2019. He began to show his presence to fans by participating as back-up DJ at all of DPR’s performances. Afterwards, co-producing ‘SYNC’ in SYNC PACK, a collaboration campaign with DPR which was Adidas first collaboration with a Korean artist in 2021 and producing the theme song ‘Set It Off’ of the ‘2022 LoL (League of Legends) mid-season invitational (MSI)’ which was held in Busan.

He was officially announced as a DPR member on 22 December 2023. and made his solo debut on 2 February 2024, with his album “Kinema.” The lead single “Do or Die (Ft. DPR IAN)” (2024) was co-produced by labelmate DPR IAN, who features in both the song and music video. The track has over 5.4 million streams on Spotify, and the official music video on YouTube has 5.1 million views and counting, an impressive feat for a debut track.
