BOYNEXTDOOR successfully held their concert titled “BOYNEXTDOOR TOUR ‘KNOCK ON Vol.1’ IN JAKARTA” today (April 12, 2025) at Istora Senayan. This concert marked the group’s first performance in Indonesia, allowing the members to finally greet their Indonesian fans, ONEDOOR. The debut concert was a lively success, with IME Indonesia as the official promoter.
The concert festivities began at 08:00 WIB with ticket exchanges, followed by the opening of venue gates and merchandise booths at 11:00 WIB. ONEDOOR attendees were welcomed to enjoy various photowalls prepared by iMe Indonesia. They also had the chance to write messages to the members in a special zone. While waiting, fans could grab food from several booths and dining areas provided on-site.
VIP queueing began at 15:00 WIB, followed by venue entry for VIP ticket holders. These fans were treated to a special soundcheck session at 17:30 WIB.
At 18:00 WIB, doors opened for all ticket categories. The concert officially started at 18:55 WIB with the singing of Indonesia Raya (the national anthem), then moved into the main event. BOYNEXTDOOR opened the show with “Earth, Wind & Fire” and “Dangerous”, receiving enthusiastic cheers from ONEDOOR.
After the performances, the members took time to greet the audience and introduce themselves one by one:

“What’s up Jakarta, everyone scream, let me introduce ourselves.”

“Halo aku Taesan, nice to meet you.”

“What’s up Jakarta, hi guys, aku Sungho.”

“Okey Jakarta, guess my name, who’s the hottest in here? It’s me, aku Jaehyun.”

“Okey Jakarta make some noise, aku Leehan.”

“Hi Jakarta, my name is Riwoo.”

“So amazing, you guys are crazy, hi I’m Woonhak.”
The members greeted ONEDOOR with great energy. Before the concert, Riwoo had suffered a minor injury. When one of the members mentioned this, Riwoo quickly reassured the fans, saying: “It’s just a small injury, but I’m okay, don’t worry too much.”
BOYNEXTDOOR continued their set with songs like “OUR,” “ABCDLOVE,” and “Fadeaway.” But the fans also had something in store—a surprise video project played toward the end of the show. The members were touched and deeply thankful for the fans’ heartfelt messages.
“I was really moved,” one member said. “There was a fan who said, ‘I’m so grateful and will give everything for BOYNEXTDOOR.’ It made me think—who am I to deserve this? I feel like I’m receiving more love than I deserve. We will try to give back even more love.”
Jaehyun also shared his emotional reaction:
“At first, I didn’t feel much because the video hadn’t started yet. But when my name was called—just hearing ‘Jaehyun’—I felt like crying. Since I was little, I dreamed of becoming a singer who could make people laugh and cry. You made it happen. You’re the best, really. Thank you.”
This concert was truly special for both the members and ONEDOOR. Not only was it their first performance in Indonesia, but BOYNEXTDOOR also announced that they would be making a comeback in May.
“And there’s good news—we will be making a comeback. We’ve been preparing well, and I’m sure you’ll all love it. So please look forward to it,” Woonhak said.
Before the encore, the members went backstage to prepare. Meanwhile, ONEDOOR filled the venue with their voices, loudly and beautifully singing “Serenade” together. Afterward, BOYNEXTDOOR returned to the stage and performed “Serenade” and “400 Years.”
“I was so touched today hearing all your voices. Maybe it’s also because this is our last stop—it really hit me.”
“Today has been such a happy day for all of us.”
For their final song, the group asked fans to turn on their phone flashlights and sing along to “So Let’s Go See The Stars.”
“This is the end of our tour today—Vol.1 in Jakarta. Thank you for making this such a beautiful moment. Please wait for our comeback in May. We’re about to perform our last song. I want to remember this as a beautiful paradise, and I need your help. Please turn on your phone flashlights.”
After singing their final song, BOYNEXTDOOR said their goodbyes:
“Okay, it’s time to say goodbye. We hope you enjoyed our story. Wherever you are, may our songs accompany your life and youth. I’ll keep doing this for 400 years. See you again. We are BOYNEXTDOOR. Thank you,” said Jaehyun on behalf of the group—delivering the message in Bahasa Indonesia.
“I love you all,” “You’re the best,” the members said in farewell.
But it didn’t end there—BOYNEXTDOOR surprised ONEDOOR with a special bonus stage, returning to perform “IF I SAY, I LOVE YOU” and “Earth, Wind & Fire” once again. The fans welcomed them with loud, excited cheers, just as energetic as at the beginning of the concert.
Finally, the group bid farewell once more before leaving the stage:
“Thank you.” “Love you guys.” “Aku cinta kalian semua.”
