Jakarta – After 12 years, South Korean actor Lee Min Ho finally greeted his fans in Indonesia through a fan meeting.
The fan meeting titled “MINHOVERSE” was held at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) in BSD City on Saturday, April 19, 2025.
This event was promoted by LitXperience and hosted by the well-known Indra Herlambang, who successfully brought the fan meeting to life with laughter and warmth.
One of the segments that caught everyone’s attention was when Lee Min Ho participated in fun games with his fans.
From an OST quiz to choosing legendary scenes from his dramas, and even playing rock-paper-scissors with fans, the atmosphere was full of warmth and interaction that made Minoz (Lee Min Ho’s fans) fall even more in love with him.
In one game, Lee Min Ho was asked a unique question: among his most popular characters, which one is more like him—Lee Gon from The King: Eternal Monarch or Gong Ryong from When the Stars Gossip?
As we know, these two characters are very different from each other.
Lee Gon, from The King: Eternal Monarch, is a wise, firm, and serious king.
Meanwhile, Gong Ryong, from When the Stars Gossip, is a cheerful, silly, and funny doctor.
Lee Min Ho gave a very personal answer that made fans smile.
“When I’m surrounded by people I love, my Gong Ryong side comes out. But when I’m serious, sometimes my Lee Gon side comes out too,” said Lee Min Ho.
“But with all of you, of course, I’m Gong Ryong,” he continued, which was met with loud cheers from the fans.
Not only that, Lee Min Ho also mentioned that he couldn’t choose between the characters he’s played because each one has left a unique impression on him.
This moment showed Lee Min Ho’s warm side, always knowing how to make his fans feel special.
In addition to playing games, Lee Min Ho also performed some of his songs, such as “Without You” (2013) and “Stalker” (2014), bringing a nostalgic atmosphere that deeply touched the fans who had waited years for this moment.
But the moment that really got Minoz excited was when Lee Min Ho revealed his upcoming projects.
“In July, there will be a movie called Omniscient Reader: The Prophecy. Please make sure to watch it. After that, I’ll also start filming a new drama. So this year and next, I’ll have a lot of activities for you,” he said.
The MINHOVERSE Jakarta fan meeting was proof that Lee Min Ho’s charm hasn’t faded.
Not only did he bring nostalgia, but he also shared news that made fans even more eager for his return to the big and small screens.
