J-hope’s concert HOPE ON STAGE will be held at Indonesia Arena, GBK, Jakarta on Saturday (May 3, 2025) and Sunday (May 4, 2025).
Ticket redemption can be done in advance on Thursday (May 1, 2025) and Friday (May 2, 2025).
Here are the official guidelines for redeeming your ticket:
🔹 If the ticket is redeemed by the original ticket holder:

Present your e-voucher.

Bring a valid official ID (KTP, passport, driver’s license, or student card) that matches the name on the e-ticket.
🔹 If someone else is redeeming the ticket on your behalf:

Bring a printed copy of the e-voucher.

Provide a signed authorization letter with a Rp10,000 duty stamp (materai).

Attach a photocopy of the original ticket holder’s valid ID.
🔹 For VIP BOX – Hope Package and VIP A/B ticket holders:

Redemption of benefits (sound check access, send-off, gift set, lanyard, and poster) will be done at the same time as ticket redemption.

A valid ID is still required to claim these benefits.
✅ All ticket redemptions will take place at the official booth in the concert area.
