South Korean pop-rock band DAY6 made a stunning return to Indonesia as part of their Day6 3rd World Tour (Forever Young), organized by Mecimapro. The concert took place at Madya Stadium on Saturday, May 3, 2025, and featured unforgettable moments from start to finish.
The band, consisting of four talented members—Sungjin, Young K, Wonpil, and Dowoon—delivered an incredible three-hour performance filled with emotion, energy, and deep connection with their fans, known as My Day.
Delayed but Worth the Wait
Despite heavy rain causing a 1.5-hour delay, the excitement in the stadium never faded. As the members began appearing on stage one by one, fans erupted into cheers and screams of joy. The rain couldn’t dampen the spirit of either DAY6 or their devoted fans.
The strong energy from the group, who debuted on September 7, 2015, fueled the crowd’s enthusiasm. In response to the warm welcome, DAY6 gave their all with every song they had meticulously prepared.
Heartfelt Greetings from the Members
As the show kicked off, DAY6 launched into a series of their hit songs, met with enthusiastic cheers from the crowd. Between songs, each member took time to personally greet the audience: “Hello, let us greet you first. We are DAY6. I’m Sungjin,” he introduced.
“Hello Jakarta, how are you? I’m Wonpil. It’s so nice to meet you all,” added Wonpil.“How are you? I’m Young K,” said Young K.
“We’re back again, and it feels so great,” said Dowoon, the youngest member, with a big smile.
A Mesmerizing Stage Performance
Over the span of three hours, DAY6 performed more than 20 songs, including fan favorites such as You Were Beautiful, I Loved You, Zombie, Love Me or Leave Me, Healer, She Smiled, and Time of Our Life. Their stamina and passion kept the energy high throughout the night.
The concert was made even more magical by stunning stage lighting and fireworks that lit up the stadium at key moments.
A Night to Remember
Indonesian My Day’s overwhelming enthusiasm made the members visibly emotional. Young K expressed how happy they were to be able to enjoy such a beautiful night together.“This is a beautiful night,” he said sincerely.
Dowoon emphasized that language barriers didn’t matter, as music brought them all together.“Even if we speak different languages, we’re united through music,” he shared, touching the hearts of many fans.
DAY6 Expresses Deep Love for Indonesian My Day
Throughout the concert, DAY6 repeatedly expressed their heartfelt love and gratitude for their Indonesian fans.
Wonpil thanked the audience with deep sincerity:“I’m truly thankful that we could end the Forever Young tour here in Jakarta. The love and support from Jakarta My Day and Indonesia My Day is our driving force,” he said.“We were able to be here and meet you all thanks to My Day. I love you, and thank you so much,” he added.
He also acknowledged the effort behind making the concert possible:“Thank you once again for making this concert happen. Everyone worked so hard today. I love you all. Thank you, Jakarta.”
Sungjin echoed the sentiment, noting the challenges they’d faced together:“Thank you for coming tonight. A lot has happened today, but I believe if we stay together, we’ll always be happy. Are you ready to face it all together? I hope we can go through everything side by side.” “We can walk together as partners. So please, be ready to walk this journey with us. Thank you so much again. I wish you all happiness. I love you.”
Young K called My Day their source of strength and joy:
“Today, once again, thank you. It’s because of My Day that we’re here. You are the ones who make us happy.”
“Each of you gives us strength. You’re the reason we can feel this happiness,” he continued.
“That’s why we hope My Day will always be happy and keep smiling. The more time passes, the bigger my hopes become,” he said. “I’m doing my best to find ways to make My Day happy.”
Dowoon, the drummer and youngest member, reflected on the unforgettable experience: “Today was incredibly hot, but I leave with unforgettable memories. Even though it was tough, you stayed in your spots and came to see us. We will keep improving in the future. Please continue to support us,” he said.
He also gave a sweet reminder to fans to take care of themselves:“Don’t get sick. Stay healthy. Eat well and have sweet dreams,” Dowoon said.
“Got it? I love you. We’ll be back again, and we’ll give you our very best.”
