Meet &TEAM, the Japanese Boy Group Ready to Hold a Concert in Jakarta

&TEAM is a Japanese boy group consisting of nine members under the management of HYBE Corporation. The group was formed through a rigorous selection process on the survival show &AUDITION: The Howling, where the final lineup was decided based on viewers’ votes.

Recently, &TEAM greeted their fans, known as LUNÉ, with a new song titled Go In Blind. Now, they are preparing to meet their Indonesian fans in person through the concert AWAKEN THE BLOODLINE, scheduled for June 15, 2025, in Jakarta.

So, who are the members of &TEAM? Here is a brief profile of each member:

1. Maki

Real Name: Hirota Riki
Stage Name: Maki
Place/Date of Birth: Tokyo, February 17, 2006
Nationality: Japanese (of German descent)

Maki is the youngest member of &TEAM and has German heritage from his father. He is fluent in English, Japanese, and German, and serves as one of the group’s main vocalists.

2. K

Real Name: Koga Yudai
Stage Name: K
Place/Date of Birth: Tokyo, October 21, 1997
Nationality: Japanese

K is the eldest member of &TEAM. He trained for two years and eight months and previously participated in the survival show I-LAND. Before becoming an idol, K was a high school marathon athlete.

3. Nicholas

Real Name: Wang Yixiang
Stage Name: Nicholas
Place/Date of Birth: Taipei, July 9, 2002
Nationality: Taiwanese

Nicholas participated in I-LAND after training for eight months. He serves as both a rapper and vocalist for &TEAM.

4. EJ

Real Name: Byun Eui Joo
Stage Name: EJ
Place/Date of Birth: Goyang, Gyeonggi-do, September 7, 2002
Nationality: South Korean

EJ trained for one year and six months under BigHit Entertainment before appearing on I-LAND. Although he nearly debuted with ENHYPEN, he is now a member of &TEAM.

5. Jo

Real Name: Asakura Jo
Stage Name: Jo
Place/Date of Birth: Yokohama, Kanagawa, July 8, 2004
Nationality: Japanese

Jo was once scouted for modeling due to his height of over 183 cm but chose to train as an idol and is now part of &TEAM.

6. Fuma

Real Name: Murata Fuma
Stage Name: Fuma
Place/Date of Birth: Aoi-ku, Shizuoka, June 29, 1998
Nationality: Japanese

Fuma previously took part in Produce 101 Japan Season 2 but withdrew for personal reasons. He is also one of the oldest members of &TEAM.

7. Harua

Real Name: Shigeta Harua
Stage Name: Harua
Place/Date of Birth: Nagano, May 1, 2005
Nationality: Japanese

Harua initially trained to become an actor and was a trainee at the major Japanese agency Stardust before joining &TEAM.

8. Yuma

Real Name: Nakakita Yuma
Stage Name: Yuma
Place/Date of Birth: Amagasaki, Hyogo, February 7, 2004
Nationality: Japanese

Before joining &TEAM, Yuma was a trainee under AVEX and part of the junior group Osaka VividRookies since 2015. He is one of the youngest members of the group.

9. Taki

Real Name: Takayama Riki
Stage Name: Taki
Place/Date of Birth: Kanagawa, May 4, 2005
Nationality: Japanese

Taki, along with K, EJ, and Nicholas, also participated in I-LAND. He trained for 10 months under BELIFT and is one of the youngest members of &TEAM.
