South Korean boyband NCT WISH successfully held their debut concert in Jakarta. Promoted by Dyandra Global Edutainment, the concert titled “2025 NCT WISH Asia Tour LOG in Jakarta” took place at Tennis Indoor Senayan, Jakarta, on Saturday, May 31, 2025.
Welcomed by spectacular lighting effects, the group—consisting of Riku, Yushi, Jaehee, Ryo, Sakuya, and Sion—took the stage energetically at 3:00 PM WIB.
They opened the show with the songs “WISH,” “Steady,” “Sail Away,” “Miracle,” “Dunk Shot,” and “Hands Up.” Sion greeted fans—known as NCTzen—in Bahasa Indonesia, followed by self-introductions from each member.“NCTzen mana suaranya? Halo, kalian siap? Luar biasa, let’s go!” Sion shouted enthusiastically in Indonesian.
Sakuya also praised the fans for singing “Poppop” together even before the concert started:“Everyone knew the lyrics! We could even hear NCTzen singing ‘Poppop’ from backstage,” he said.
Dressed in all-white outfits, the members greeted their fans amid continuous cheers and sing-alongs. Though the group debuted only recently, fans already knew every lyric by heart and waved their signature green lightsticks in unison.
The concert continued with interactive games involving the fans, creating a warm connection between the group and NCTzen. After performing “Supercute,” NCT WISH surprised the audience by covering Shinhwa’s “Eusha! Eusha!” and NCT U’s “Make A Wish (Birthday Song).”
They went on to perform songs like “Choo Choo,” “Touch Down,” “Melt Inside My Pocket,” “Songbird,” and “NASA.” Of course, they didn’t forget their newest single, “Poppop,” followed by emotional tracks “Tears Are Falling” and “Make You Shine.”
In a memorable moment, NCT WISH appeared in traditional batik attire to take group photos with fans.“This is beyond our expectations, a thousand times better,” Riku expressed gratefully.
The concert closed with the heartfelt track “Our Adventures.” But just before fans thought it was over, the members returned for a surprise farewell, writing messages on stage.
The Jakarta concert featured a total of around 18 songs. Before the final photo session, Sion and the members pulled out batik shirts and wore them on stage.“Let’s take our group photo in these outfits,” said Sion, the group’s leader.
The audience erupted with cheers seeing all members dressed in batik.“How do we look, Sijeuni?” Sion asked the crowd, referring to NCTzen.
Fans cheered even louder, and the group posed with a banner that read:“When WISH Shines, We Shine Together,” a slogan made by one of the fans.
Ryo shared that the slogan meant a lot to the group:“When I read it, I felt deeply moved. We shine because of you. You’re the sun, and we’re the moon. That’s how I see it,” he said.
He then made a heartfelt promise:“You keep shining, and we’ll keep shining with you. Let’s be together forever.”
Before officially ending the 2025 NCT WISH Asia Tour LOG in Jakarta, the group promised to return to Indonesia to have more fun with their fans.
About NCT WISH
NCT WISH debuted in early 2024. Despite being the youngest unit of the NCT K-pop group, they are already ready to tour internationally, including Indonesia. They first released a pre-debut single, “Hands Up,” on October 8, 2023, and made their official debut on February 28, 2024, with the song “Wish,” available in both Japanese and Korean versions.
For your information, the Jakarta concert featured seven ticket categories, with prices ranging from IDR 1,500,000 to IDR 2,850,000.
