Jakarta, June 28, 2025 — South Korean actor Lee Do-hyun successfully held his fan meeting titled Re: DO HYUN at The Kasablanka Hall, Jakarta, on Saturday afternoon and promoted by friedrice live entertainment. The event, which started at 3:00 PM local time, marked his first overseas stop in his global fan meeting tour following the completion of his military service — with Indonesia being his first international destination.
Greeted enthusiastically by thousands of fans, Do-hyun opened the event with a sweet performance, singing Unspoken by Lee Seung-yoon while playing the guitar. Dressed in a denim jacket and white T-shirt, his charismatic presence ignited loud cheers from the audience the moment he stepped onto the stage.
“I’m feeling a bit nervous right now, but because you’re all here, maybe I can calm down,” he said in Bahasa Indonesia, charming the crowd even more.

Talent, Humor, and Emotion Collide
Beyond showcasing his musical side, Lee Do-hyun also shared memorable stories from his time in the military, where he served in the Republic of Korea Air Force (ROKAF) for 21 months, from August 2023 to May 2025. He revealed that while he originally only knew how to play guitar, he picked up drums and trumpet during his service.
The fan meeting wasn’t just about music — it was filled with laughter thanks to Do-hyun’s witty interactions. During the interactive #DOSH_TAG segment, he answered fan questions with playful energy, including one that had him mimic a street food vendor frying Indonesian fried rice (nasi goreng) — complete with hip-swaying motions that left the crowd in stitches.
Food became a fun topic too. When asked what local dish he wanted to try, the fans shouted “Seblak!” in unison, piquing Do-hyun’s curiosity as he noted it down to try later.
“Aku cinta kamu bangettt…” — Falling for the Language of Love
A particularly endearing moment came when fans taught Do-hyun how to say “Aku cinta kamu” (I love you). He repeated it fluently, then innocently asked, “What does that mean?” prompting the entire audience to yell “Saranghaeyo!” in return.
MC Indra Herlambang then challenged him to add flair by saying, “Aku cinta kamu bangettt…” (I love you sooo much), and Do-hyun delivered with adorable expressions that sent fans into a frenzy.
Do-hyun also took on a velocity challenge — a trending physical challenge — which he failed several times before finally succeeding. Proudly, he declared, “I’m going to keep practicing, even on the plane ride back to Korea!”

From Joy to Tears: A Touching Surprise
The event took an emotional turn when a surprise video made by fans appeared on the screen, featuring heartfelt messages, love, and support for Do-hyun.
“What’s this?” he asked, visibly confused as the video started. But as the montage played, his smile faded into a teary gaze. Reaching for tissues, he took a deep breath, trying to hold back his emotions.
“This is the first country I’m visiting for my overseas tour,” he said, his voice trembling. “Lately… even my family doesn’t know this, not even the people at my agency… but I’ve been feeling more lonely,” he admitted to the crowd.
He continued, “Maybe I’ve just been… out of it. But because of all of you, I’ve remembered something important — that I’ve met people like this, people I care about. And through the video you made, I can feel that again.”
“I love you too. I’m truly grateful. I feel like I can move forward again, with new spirit, thinking of all of you,” he said, smiling through misty eyes.
Then, with a playful laugh, he added, “Why would you play this video just when I’m about to sing? Enough crying. Can we take a photo together?”
He then turned his back to the stage, facing the sea of love from his Indonesian fans, capturing a memory he’ll never forget.
