The drama is set to premiere in late August 2025. With a central theme of love, trauma, and the search for identity, this series is predicted to become one of the most moving shows of the second half of the year.
Still starring Jeff Smith and Aisyah Aqilah, Rintik Terakhir explores the psychological depth of Karang Samudra Daneswara, who now lives under a new identity as Arutala Sembagi Daneswara, a deaf teenager who emerges after a traumatic shooting incident involving his own mother.
Across eight episodes, viewers will follow the emotional journey of Launa (Aisyah Aqilah), as she tries to reconnect with her former love—only to find herself caught in Arutala’s world, filled with childhood memories and old resentment toward a mysterious figure.
Meanwhile, the arrival of Lingga, a calm and comforting presence in Launa’s life, adds a new emotional layer to the story. Torn between an unresolved past and the soothing hope of something new, Launa is caught in a storm of choices: does letting go mean giving up, or is it the beginning of a new chapter?
