3. Is the ticket price inclusive of tax?
   Ticket prices are excluded from 10% tax, ticketing admin fee.
4. Can I choose my own seat?
   No, the seat will be designated automatically by the ticketing system.
5. Am I going to obtain a seat number or queue number?
   Yes, the seat number or queue number will be received after payment on your e-voucher.
   Seats will be assigned by tiket.com’s system at the best availability, so that it may be possible for the same order ID to be seated separately.
6. Do I need to provide any personal information when purchasing tickets?
   Yes, you will need to provide basic information such as: Full name (according to your ID), ID card number (KTP/SIM/Student Card/PASSPORT), Phone Number, etc.
   You must bring your registration ID card and e-voucher for ticket redemption. Please input your active email because e-voucher and purchase receipt will be sent by email.
