Benefit Redemption
1. Redemption for Sound Check, On-Stage Goodbye Session, Photo Card, and Poster will be done together with your e-voucher redemption.
2. The Signed Poster can only be collected after the concert ends at the Ticket Box in Hall 3.
3. Don’t forget to bring your e-voucher and a valid original ID (ID card, passport, driver’s license, or student card).
E-Voucher Redemption Requirements
If redeeming for yourself:
1. Your e-voucher.
2. Original valid ID matching the name on your e-voucher.
If redeeming by proxy:
1. Printed e-voucher.
2. Power of attorney letter with Rp10,000 stamp duty, signed by the e-voucher owner.
3. Photocopy of the original valid ID of the e-voucher owner.
