Pond Ponlawit The 1st Fan Meeting in Jakarta: Sharing Stories, Memories, and Preparations Ahead of His First Fan Meeting in Jakarta!

Pond Ponlawit successfully held his first fan meeting in Indonesia with great excitement and warmth. The event, titled “Pond Ponlawit The 1st Fan Meeting,” took place on December 7, 2025, at the Citywalk Sudirman Function Hall, Jakarta.

During the Press Conference held before the fan meeting, the Thai actor had the opportunity to share his experiences, impressions, and personal stories about himself.

First Time in Indonesia

Pond revealed that he had many Indonesian friends back when he studied in Singapore. However, he had never truly experienced the country firsthand. This fan meeting marked his very first visit to Indonesia.

Upon arriving, Pond felt nostalgic as he recalled memories with his friends, “Back then, my friends always brought Indomie, and I really liked it.” Naturally, his visit this time made him eager to explore more Indonesian food and culture. He even mentioned that he enjoys seblak and nasi goreng.

Preparing for His Fan Meeting in Indonesia

Pond shared that he had prepared something very special for his first event in Indonesia. “I’ve been practicing singing for the past few months. I want this event to feel special.” He also made an effort to learn several Indonesian songs along with the meanings behind them.

He assured that there would be a special surprise for fans at the fan meeting: “There’s a song I practiced really hard for. I rarely sing, so I hope they will like it.”

A Dream Come True: His Art Exhibition in Thailand

This year has been one of the most significant in his career. Pond recently opened his first exhibition in Thailand, which portrays five different characters he wants to explore more deeply.

Through this exhibition, Pond feels incredibly happy because he can meet his fans directly. He also invited his Indonesian fans to visit the exhibition, which will still be open until next month.

Self-Reflection and Career Journey

In the past few years, Pond admitted that he has been focusing on getting to know himself better. He explained that he used to be someone who constantly thought about what’s next or about the future, but recently he has learned to enjoy the moment and understand himself in real life.

Pond also tries to appreciate the small things that bring him happiness. He mentioned that food and living in the present moment are little things that genuinely make him happy.

On Choosing New Projects and Navigating Industry Challenges

When asked about his upcoming projects, Pond shared that he does not want to think too far ahead for now. “I want to enjoy the moment first. So I don’t want to think about upcoming projects yet. There are still negotiations. I’ll still be acting, of course, but I’m not sure what yet. I hope you all wait for it. I’ll let you know when there’s a new project. I just want to live in the moment.”

He added that when choosing a project, the most important factor for him is always the script. “I think all aspects matter. But as an actor, I feel it’s the script. My team will also help decide and review if I’m interested in a certain script or character. But usually, what influences me the most is the script.”

Heartwarming Moments with Indonesian Fans

When asked what piqued his curiosity about Indonesian fans, Pond said he was curious why his fans always mentioned seblak to him.

He also shared that he recently received a meaningful gift from his Indonesian fans—a book filled with messages of support from them—which touched him deeply.

With all the stories, energy, and sincerity he shared, Pond made his first fan meeting a sweet and memorable milestone, leaving a warm impression on his fans in Indonesia.
