Jakarta was truly shaken as MONSTA X finally met their Indonesian MONBEBE through their first-ever concert, 2026 MONSTA X World Tour [THE X: NEXUS] in Jakarta. Held at The Kasablanka Hall, South Jakarta, on Saturday (April 18, 2026), the long-awaited show became a dream come true for fans who had been waiting for years.

Even without I.M, who is currently serving mandatory military service, the remaining five members—Shownu, Minhyuk, Hyungwon, Kihyun, and Joohoney—delivered an all-out performance for nearly three hours filled with energy, emotion, and heartfelt interaction.

High Energy from the Very First Song
Without hesitation, the concert kicked off with powerful tracks like “DRAMARAMA,” “Love Killa,” “Rush Hour,” “LONE RANGER,” and “Catch Me Now.” From the first beat, The Kasablanka Hall instantly turned into a sea of lightsticks and nonstop cheering.
Shownu opened the greeting session in Bahasa Indonesia,
“Welcome to the 2026 MONSTA X World Tour [THE X: NEXUS] live in Jakarta,”
which immediately triggered loud screams from MONBEBE.
One by one, the members introduced themselves in their own unique ways. Hyungwon stole attention with just one word—“sayang” (darling)—while Kihyun warmly greeted fans and reflected on their previous visit to Indonesia.
“This is our first time coming to Indonesia as a group, right? I’ve met you before, but that was about four years ago,” Kihyun said, referring to his earlier solo appearance at a K-pop event in Jakarta.
Solo Stages Showcasing Individual Colors
After the explosive group opening, the concert shifted into solo stages, highlighting each member’s individuality.
Shownu performed “Around & Go” with calm charisma, Kihyun delivered emotional vocals through “Howling,” Hyungwon brought stylish energy with “No Air,” Joohoney lit up the stage with “STING” and “Touch the Sky,” while Minhyuk surprised fans with “Reaching” accompanied by electric guitar—sending the crowd into a frenzy.
“Been waiting for this, right? Just a moment,” Minhyuk said before starting his performance.
Although absent physically, I.M still made his presence felt through a special video performance of “Error 404,” which emotionally moved fans.

From Hit Songs to Hilarious Chaos
The energy stayed high with performances of “Autobahn,” “Burning Up,” “Beautiful Liar,” “Alligator,” and “Shoot Out.”
One of the most entertaining moments happened when the members suddenly asked for Indonesian food recommendations. What followed turned into a spontaneous “language class,” with the members repeating fan-shouted words in broken pronunciation and funny dance moves, making the entire venue burst into laughter.
Emotional Moments, Jokes, and Promises to Return
As the concert approached its final moments, the atmosphere became more emotional—but Hyungwon lightened it with humor about their long-awaited return.
“Why was Indonesia only added (to the tour) by Starship just now?” he joked, making fans laugh.
Shownu also asked if any fans had friends who couldn’t attend, and most of the crowd responded “no!”, filling the hall with warmth and excitement.
Hyungwon then expressed his hope,
“I hope this long wait of 10 years is repaid today, and that we can meet more often in the future.”
However, the most iconic moment of the night came from Joohoney. With his signature aegyo, he said,
“Thank you, because of all of you I’m so happy. I don’t want to go home!”
Immediately, the entire venue shouted in unison,
“We don’t want to go home, we want to dance!”
Joohoney then playfully repeated the chant in his own style, sending the crowd into another wave of chaos and joy.
A Night to Remember
The concert closed with “STAND UP” and “Fire and Ice,” marking the end of a three-hour journey filled with 27 songs, emotional interactions, powerful performances, and unforgettable memories.
More than just a concert, the night became a long-awaited reunion between MONSTA X and MONBEBE Indonesia—filled with laughter, nostalgia, and a promise to return again.
