The meet and greet event with Wonwoo and Mingyu of SEVENTEEN, hosted by Allo Bank, took place on Monday, February 10, 2025. The event, titled “Allo Bank Hangout: Gak Bakal Rugi Bareng Wonwoo dan Mingyu” (You Won’t Regret Hanging Out with Wonwoo and Mingyu), was held at the Jakarta International Velodrome. Before the meet and greet, the TodayStageID team had the chance to attend the press conference, where a lot of fun moments happened. Here are some of the highlights:
MINWON Can’t Wait to Meet Fans
Wonwoo and Mingyu from SEVENTEEN expressed their excitement to meet fans once again at the Allo Bank Hangout: Gak Bakal Rugi Bareng WONWOO & MINGYU event. Wonwoo shared how eager he was to meet their Indonesian fans, known as CARAT, for the third time, right after their Right Here concert the previous weekend.
“I’m really happy, and I’ve been so excited since yesterday to meet the fans again on the third day. It feels so great,” Wonwoo said during the press conference.
Both Wonwoo and Mingyu shared memorable moments from their time as Global Ambassadors for Allo Bank. They recalled special experiences while filming the digital bank’s commercials.
For Wonwoo, one of the highlights was filming inside a shopping mall. He was impressed by the various camera techniques used during the shoot.
“The atmosphere during the shoot was amazing, so much fun. There was a scene where we filmed inside a shopping mall,” said Wonwoo. “At that time, I saw various camera techniques, so I was really impressed,” he added.
For Mingyu, a memorable moment was when he had to say a sentence in Indonesian for the ad shoot. He struggled with the phrase “Gak Bakal Rugi Deh” (You Won’t Regret It) and had to be taught by Putri Tanjung, co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Allo Bank.
“What I remember the most is when I had to say a sentence in Indonesian, but I couldn’t get it right,” Mingyu said. “Luckily, Kak Putri taught me. So, I could say it, and I got a 90 from her!” he laughed.

Wonwoo & Mingyu SEVENTEEN Spill on Financial Management and Saving Tips
During the press conference, Wonwoo and Mingyu shared their strategies for managing finances and saving money. Mingyu explained that smart and efficient financial management can be achieved through saving, as it helps prepare for a more peaceful future.
“For me, smart and efficient financial management is about preparing for the future by saving so that we can live peacefully later,” Mingyu said.
Wonwoo, on the other hand, believes that managing money today can be optimized by using technology. He is convinced that modern technology makes it easier for people to handle their finances.
“I think using technology and having a good plan is my way of managing finances,” said Wonwoo. “Especially with how advanced technology is now,” he added.
Both Mingyu and Wonwoo shared similar strategies when it comes to saving. They both separate their accounts based on function.
Mingyu explained that his first bank account is for saving, while his second account is for daily expenses. He mentioned that he had started this system as soon as he began earning money.
“When I first got money, I made two bank accounts,” Mingyu said. “One was for saving, so I could see the money grow. The other was for daily expenses.”

Who’s the Most Spendthrift Between Them?
During the press conference, one question asked was who between Wonwoo and Mingyu is the most spendthrift. Both of them responded in unison that they both try to manage their money well.
“Actually, I don’t think Wonwoo and I are very wasteful. We’re both interested in investments,” Mingyu said.
“I agree with Mingyu. When I spend money, I always know my limits. I never exceed them,” said Wonwoo, confirming Mingyu’s statement.
Mingyu Loves Allo Deposito Feature
During the press conference on Monday, February 10, 2025, Wonwoo and Mingyu represented Allo Bank. The two idols shared their excitement about being brand ambassadors and discussed some of the features of Allo Bank.
Mingyu particularly praised one of the features—Allo Deposito. “If I have money in Indonesia, I want to use Allo Deposito because the interest rate is 8.5%,” Mingyu joked.
