Wi Ha Joon, the renowned actor from South Korea, held a fan meeting titled A Wively Day 2024 Fan Meeting in Jakarta on Saturday (28/9/2024).
The fan meeting, promoted by Applewood and Three Mountains Ave, successfully made the audience fall even more in love with Wi Ha Joon.
The event started with Wi Ha Joon appearing on stage and giving flowers to a lucky Wively (his fan club members), followed by a heartfelt performance of “This Ain’t It” by John Park. The fan meeting itself consisted of three sessions.
The first session, Ha Joon TMI News, had him choose between two options presented by the MC, such as which outfit he would wear on a first date, his favorite photo pose, and other similar topics. Although he went over the time limit for some questions, he answered them all well.
Next was the Lovely Sexy Cutie Ha Joon Moment, where he recreated photos of himself, starting with a “Cutie” moment, then a “Sexy” one, and ending with another “Cutie” moment. During this session, he discussed his photo from the drama Graduation and even gave a spoiler for Squid Game Season 2.
He then briefly went backstage to change outfits and returned to perform “A Little Girl” by Oh Hyuk. Surprisingly, Wi Ha Joon’s singing was impressive, especially for an actor.
Wi Ha Joon chose those two songs because he wanted to convey a romantic message to the Wively, expressing his desire for them to always be by his side. After that, he continued with the Wi Gaul Banget session, where Wi Ha Joon followed the Wively’s choices to strike various poses. Playfully, the Wively acted dissatisfied with his poses, resulting in Wi Ha Joon being “punished” by wearing a high school uniform and glasses, which made him look handsome and like an approachable student council senior.
He then went backstage to prepare for a dance relay, performing dances to songs like “Hey Mama” “Smoke,” “Hype Boy,” “3D,” and “Standing Next to You.”
When the MC asked if Wi Ha Joon was tired, he replied that although he was exhausted, he was happy to deliver a satisfying performance for the Wively.
Wi Ha Joon then received a mission consisting of five mini-games that he had to complete before the time ran out. He successfully finished them in only half the allocated time. The game items were then turned into special gifts for Wively, with the winners selected through a lottery and chosen personally by Wi Ha Joon. Additionally, there were gifts of clothes and round-trip tickets from Jakarta to Korea.
After that, there was a surprise video from his fellow actors and actresses, including Lim Se Mi, Lee Dong Wook, Rhee Minjung, Ji Chang Wook, and Son Yejin, who congratulated and encouraged Wi Ha Joon for his first fan meeting.
“I gain a lot of strength from Jakarta because of the support and love from Wively. I hope I can come back again. Yaksok,” said Wi Ha Joon to all the Wively in Indonesia. He also expressed his happiness and gratitude for the beautiful memories of the day. Thanks to Wively, he feels more motivated for his future activities. “I hope we can meet again soon, and I will wait for that day to come. Everyone looked so beautiful and amazing today,” Wi Ha Joon added.
