Jakarta – Saturday, February 15, 2025 – Irish band The Script successfully held their concert, “The Script Satellites World Tour 2025,” on Saturday night (02/15). Held at ICE BSD City, Hall 6 & 7, thousands of fans packed the venue and gave an extraordinary welcome to Danny O’Donoghue, the lead vocalist of The Script, in a show promoted by Color Asia Live.

The event kicked off with a lively performance by Hoobastank. The Script performed 18 of their best hit songs, including a mass choir participation from their fans. Vocalist Danny O’Donoghue performed energetically throughout the show and even went down to the audience area to provide a more intimate and personal experience. About The Script:
The Script is a rock band from Dublin, Ireland, formed in 2001. The band consists of Danny O’Donoghue as lead vocalist, pianist, keyboardist, and rhythm guitarist, along with Glen Power on drums, percussion, and backing vocals—both of whom have been members since the beginning. Mark Sheehan, who was the lead guitarist and one of the band’s founders, passed away in 2023, leaving a profound musical legacy for The Script and their fans. In 2024, Benjamin Sargeant joined as bassist and backing vocalist after previously being a touring musician since 2007, and Ben Weaver joined as the lead guitarist, replacing Mark. With this new lineup, The Script continues to deliver captivating and inspiring music to their fans worldwide.
A brief overview of The Script’s journey: after reaching 10 billion streams, 12 million album sales, six #1 albums in the UK, and two Platinum-certified singles in the United States, The Script returned with their latest album Satellites, released on August 16, 2024. Hoobastank is a rock band from California, USA, formed in 1994. The band consists of Doug Robb (vocals), Dan Estrin (guitar), Chris Hesse (drums), and Jesse Charland (bass). They are famous for their hit song “The Reason,” released in 2003, which became a global phenomenon thanks to its emotional lyrics and catchy melody.
