NCT Dream’s The Dream Show 3 concert venue in Indonesia was confirmed on Wednesday (6/3). NCT Dream will have a concert at Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) Main Stadium, Jakarta. This was announced by Dyandra Global Edutainment as the promoter. “New history will be made. Imagine yourself in the stadium and surrounded by fellow NCTzen in a sea of neon green light while watching NCT Dream’s bigger, more dazzling performance than ever before,” the promoter wrote.
“We will make this DREAM come true together this May! Let’s light up our lightsticks and join NCT Dream in making this history. 2024 NCT Dream World Tour in Jakarta. Saturday, May 18, 2024. Gelora Bung Karno Stadium,” the promoter announced. However, they also stated that information regarding ticket prices and sales would be announced at a later date.
Jakarta is one of the earliest cities that will witness NCT Dream’s performance on their latest world tour. The venue for the upcoming concert has increased compared to NCT Dream’s previous concert. Previously, NCT Dream held a three-day concert The Dream Show 2 in Indonesia in the first half of 2023. At that time, the concert titled NCT DREAM TOUR ‘THE DREAM SHOW2: In A DREAM’ in JAKARTA was held on March 4, 5 and 6 at Hall 5 and 6 ICE BSD, Tangerang.
ICE Indonesia’s official statement states that Exhibition Hall 5 measures 90x54x12 meters. The area is also believed to be able to make 5,000 people. Now, The Dream Show 3 NCT Dream will certainly take place at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium which has a capacity of around 77 thousand audiences. NCT Dream will be the first Korean boy group to hold a solo concert at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium. Before NCT Dream, there was BLACKPINK as a girl group who had a concert there in March 2023.
