Seven trainees from Chuang Asia Season 2, namely Bianura, Dorn, Hu Yetao, Ninja, Omar, Thi-O, and Yuchen, successfully entertained fans at the “Ngabuburit Bareng Chuang Asia S2” event. The event was held at Tribeca Park, Central Park, West Jakarta, on Saturday (March 15, 2025). This event, organized by WeTV, started at around 4:00 PM WIB.
The seven trainees greeted the fans in Indonesian and were met with a warm reception. However, out of the seven, only Bianura is from Indonesia, while the other trainees—Hu Yetao, Omar, and Yuchen—are from China, and Dorn, Ninja, and Thi-O are from Thailand.
“Hello sweeties, my name is Dorn, I’m from Thailand, call me Dika. I love you all,” said Dorn enthusiastically.
“Hello bebeb, I’m Yuchen from China, call me abang Yuda. You guys are adorable,” said Yuchen, causing the fans to laugh.
The excitement continued with a photo session with the fans. Although the event was free, fans who purchased gold or silver category tickets had the opportunity to take a group photo with the trainees and enjoy an exclusive hi-bye session.
The event was also made more lively by performances from Caithlyn Gwyneth, a trainee from Indonesia who participated in a previous Chuang Asia season, and the band Apple Mint.
Not stopping there, several trainees showcased their talents by singing Indonesian songs, such as Ninja performing Eaa by CJR, Thi-O singing Inikah Cinta by M.E., and Yuchen performing Cantik by Kahitna.
The fans joined in, singing along with the trainees, creating an even more festive atmosphere. Equally exciting, Bianura performed Mati Lampu by Nassar, which was warmly received by the audience.
The trainees’ teamwork became even more evident as they played games with the fans. Some lucky fans had the chance to participate in a staring contest game with the Chuang Asia Season 2 trainees.
In the midst of the event, Bianura, the only one from Indonesia, expressed gratitude and thanks to the fans for their support.
“Thank you so much for your support. I hope you continue to believe in me because I will keep growing and becoming better,” said Bianura.
The “Ngabuburit Bareng Chuang Asia S2” event closed with a performance by all seven trainees, performing a medley of the theme songs from Chuang 2019, Chuang 2021, and Chuang Asia Season 2, followed by a hi-bye session with all the fans holding tickets.
For fans of Chuang Asia Season 2, like Nafilah, this event left a deep impression. True to the theme of the event, waiting for Iftar with Chuang Asia S2, what is usually a long wait became a much more enjoyable experience.
“It didn’t feel long, suddenly it was already time for the call to prayer. I actually came to see Yetao, but when I saw Omar from a distance, I thought ‘wow, this guy is a star.’ Then, during the hi-bye session, seeing Dorn looking that cool, I added another trainee to my list of favorites,” said Nafilah.
