The first concert of LUCY titled ‘The 1st Indonesia Concert: We Are Landing in Jakarta’ has been successfully held and capture the hearts of their fans.
The energy from Indonesian WalWals evidently motivated all four members of LUCY—Shin Yechan, Choi Sangyeop, Cho Wonsang, and Shin Gwangil—to deliver a performance that matched the same level of enthusiasm as their fans.
In fact, during several songs, the violin bow hair of the violinist and leader of LUCY, Shin Yechan, appeared seems to broken and requiring him to replace his bow hair during the performance. It means he impressed by the enthusiasm of the fans, prompting him to give his best performance for the Indonesian WalWals even though he let his violin bow broken.
Not only Shin Yechan, but the other members were also astonished by the spirit and cheers from Indonesian fans. Shin Gwangil consistently gave thumbs up, praising Indonesian WalWals who sang along with them in every performances. Meanwhile, Choi Sangyeop and Cho Wonsang gave non-stop smiled broadly while looking at the enthusiasm of their fans.
In the ‘We Are Landing in Jakarta’ concert promoted by Synergy Entertainment, LUCY not only showcased their own songs but also presented a special performance prepared exclusively for Indonesian WalWals only. They performed an Indonesian song from one of Indonesia popular Band, Sheila On 7 titled ‘Dan,’ which already they rearranged.
Indonesian WalWals praised how LUCY performing Sheila On 7’s song, ‘Dan’ noting their exceptional performance and proficient use of the Indonesian language fluently. In gratitude for the fans’ spirited support, LUCY even performed ‘Dan’ three times throughout the concert.
At the end of the concert, LUCY promised their fans that they would return to Indonesia and greet them with an even more epic and cool performances.
