Last night (4/9), solo artist eaJ has successfully held his first-ever solo concert in Jakarta, titled eaJ Live in Jakarta: When The Rain Stopped Following Me, at Bengkel Space, SCBD, Jakarta. The concert which promoted by Blend Company and Satu Fest Production was kicked off right at 8 PM, with eaJ stepping onto the stage wearing a cream-colored outer layer, a white t-shirt, and a cap, greeting fans while performing his song Voices.
As the night progressed, the atmosphere grew even more electrifying. JARS, eaJ’s fans, were full of energy, cheering wildly for eaJ’s spectacular and dynamic performance. They enthusiastically jumped along with him during almost every song, including burn, visions, enemy, friendly fire, in my civic, pacman, and the encore, car crash.
eaJ was visibly amazed and even speechless at times, clearly impressed by the enthusiasm shown by Indonesian JARS during the concert. “Jakartaaa! You guys are so fire!” eaJ shouted, expressing how thrilled he was by the crowd’s energy at the Jakarta stop of his tour.
In addition to the high-energy performances, eaJ treated the audience to a special collaboration with Indonesian artist Hindia, performing Right Where You Left Me live. The performance ended with eaJ and Hindia embracing, with eaJ even lifting Hindia on stage, showcasing their close friendship.
The concert concluded at 9:30 PM with a final performance of Car Crash and a fan project video from Indonesian JARS dedicated to eaJ. He then returned to the stage for a “Goodbye Session,” where he interacted with the audience, participated in a group photo with VIP ticket holders, and offered a special 1:1 photo opportunity for 10 lucky fans from the VIP section.
After wrapping up the Asia tour’s stops in Manila and Jakarta, eaJ has already flown to Bangkok, Thailand, where his next show will take place on Friday, September 6, 2024, as part of the When The Rain Stopped Following Me Asia Tour.
