Kyuhyun Super Junior finally held his first solo concert in Jakarta. The concert, titled Restart, is a series of Asian tours that he is undertaking this year. Promoted by CK Star ID, the concert was held at Tennis Indoor Senayan, Jakarta, on Saturday (5/18).
The concert, which started at exactly 19.00 WIB, was enlivened from the beginning with the compact singing of ELF (as Super Junior fans are called) and Kyupiter (as Kyuhyun fans are called), who were so echoingly waiting for their idols to appear on stage.
Appearing in a black and white suit complete with a black tie, Kyuhyun’s handsome face managed to mesmerize the entire audience in attendance. Kyuhyun then started his solo concert by performing a new song titled the same as his Asian tour, “Restart”, as well as the title of his latest album, released in early 2024.
Kyuhyun then sang a song in the form of a hit single titled “Dreaming” with his extraordinary signature vocal color coupled with live band music accompaniment. Thousands of spectators suddenly sang along with their favorite idols.

In an instant, the 36-year-old singer’s performance successfully transformed the venue area into a sea of Sapphire Blue, the official color of Kyuhyun’s fans. The Kyupiter also compactly chanted fanchants, which further enlivened the atmosphere of the event.
After performing two songs, Kyuhyun introduced himself using Indonesian while interacting with fans who had long awaited his appearance. The audience was immediately hysterical.
“How are you? My name is Kyuhyun,” said the 1988-born man, introducing himself in Indonesian. “Everything good?” he continued.
Seeing the enthusiasm of the fans who attended, Kyuhyun was amazed.
“I can’t believe it; it’s unbelievable,” he said in half-English, eliciting laughter from the audience. “Today is really the last day, so I really have goosebumps. Goosebumps!” she said out loud in Indonesian.
Furthermore, the panelists of the variety show ‘Single Inferno’ recounted the journey of his Asian tour, which started in Seoul and closed in the country.
“Since two months ago, I’ve been touring, starting in Seoul and then Jakarta, because this is the last day, so I will show everything from me,” Kyuhyun said on the sidelines of his concert. Kyuhyun also admitted that he did not expect it because the audience seemed to fill the magnificent concert venue.
“I am grateful because I didn’t expect so many people to come,” he concluded.

2024 Kyuhyun Asia Tour Restart is Kyuhyun’s first solo concert in Indonesia. In addition, Jakarta was chosen to be the last destination of the “Restart” Asia tour series. Previously, Kyupiter’s favorite singer had traveled to various cities in other Asian countries, such as South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Osaka, Yokohama, Taipei, and Bangkok.
Kyuhyun sang more than 20 songs during the 2 and a half hour show, including several Super Junior hits.
