The day fans have been waiting for has arrived. Key SHINee finally held his first solo concert in Indonesia on Saturday, July 20, 2024, at Kasablanka Hall. The event titled “2024 Keyland On: And On in Jakarta” started at around 7:30 p.m.
Accompanied by backing dancers and a live band, Key opened his performance energetically with the songs “Good & Great,” “Saturday Night,” “I Wanna Be,” “Easy to Love,” and “The Duty of Love,” performed without breaking.
Additionally, he greeted thousands of fans in Javanese and Sundanese. This certainly surprised and cheered the audience. They did not expect the idol to use regional languages.
“Hello, I’m Key SHINee. Hello, piye kabare? Hello, kumaha damang?” The owner of the real name, Kim Kibum, said, which was immediately greeted with enthusiastic shouts from the fans.
The surprise did not end there. Key has prepared himself to speak in Indonesian, which is quite long. His pronunciation was fairly good.
“This is my first solo concert in Indonesia. Thank you for coming. I hope you enjoy this event. I tried to do my best,” he said, making fans enthusiastic.
Next, he spoke in Korean. Key praised the enthusiasm of the fans, who were so great. Key is happy with the energy shown by Indonesian fans.
“Indeed, because I’ve been waiting for a long time, the energy is extraordinary, and everything is very good. We’re going to sing a lot of songs today. Please, until the end, we are like this,” he said.
Key continued, “Welcome to my first concert in Indonesia! This is my first solo concert; thank you for coming!”.
Key also continued his concert last night by performing a series of heartwarming songs, especially for his fans in Jakarta, ranging from “Easy To Love,” “The Duty of Love,” and “Hologram.”.
No less excited than the idol, Shawol also dissolved in the excitement of last night’s concert. For approximately two hours, Key successfully entertained fans in Jakarta in “2024 Keyland On: And On in Jakarta”.
As previously reported, before going to Jakarta, the owner of Key visited Bangkok first to hold the same concert. Jakarta is the second city visited on this Asia tour. After Jakarta, he will continue his journey to Macau on July 28 and Kaohsiung on August 17, 2024.
It is known that this is his first solo Asian tour during his career in the K-Pop industry. Previously, this Asian tour was held in January 2024 in his home country, precisely in Seoul, South Korea. He also gave a stunning performance and was accompanied by a live band.
