EXO member and top soloist Baekhyun officially launched his Asia tour with a spectacular concert, “2025 BAEKHYUN WORLD TOUR ‘Reverie’ in JAKARTA”, held on August 16 at ICE BSD, Jakarta. This show marked the first stop of his long-awaited Asia tour — and Jakarta absolutely delivered a night to remember!
From ‘YOUNG’ to ‘Amusement Park’: A Musical Journey Full of Emotion
From the moment the opening track “YOUNG” played, the venue was instantly on fire. Baekhyun performed a lineup of hit songs from his first mini-album to his latest release, ‘Essence of Reverie’. The show ended on a heartfelt note with “Amusement Park,” creating an emotional rollercoaster that left fans completely captivated.
Sky-High Notes That Shook the Hall
Baekhyun’s vocal power needs no introduction. As EXO’s main vocalist, he blew the audience away with powerful high notes throughout the night. Every time he hit those notes, the entire ICE BSD erupted in screams. A voice that truly gives goosebumps!

Adorable & Hilarious Interactions with Aeri
Baekhyun didn’t just sing and dance — his stage banter was top-tier! He playfully invited Aeri (his fans) to wave their lightsticks with him, even got them to repeat funny chants like “ho ho ho.” At one point, he joked:
“Don’t fall for me more… because I’m already tired of falling deeper.”
Cue the collective swoon!
Flirting? Check. Dance Chemistry? Double Check!
One of the most electric moments of the night? Baekhyun’s on-stage chemistry with his dancers, especially during pair choreography in songs like “Psycho.” Every close move with a female dancer had the crowd screaming — intense yet classy!

Baekhyun’s Version of “EEE AAA” Fan Chant
Baekhyun also noticed Indonesia’s iconic fan chant: “eee aaa.” Curious and amused, he tried it out himself, even remixing it into his own version:
“eee pretettet eee pretettet aaa”
It was one of the night’s funniest highlights and made the crowd go wild.
Indonesian Aeri: The Real Stars of the Night
Baekhyun was clearly impressed by how loud and passionate Indonesian fans were. They sang along to every song — from “UN Village” and “Candy” to “Betcha” and “Elevator.”
“I’m really touched. Because of you, today’s concert was so much fun,” he said mid-show.
He also praised the fan chants and energy, adding: “You guys are amazing.”
Playful Fans Tease Baekhyun Mid-Show
The bond between Baekhyun and Indonesian Aeri was evident in their cheeky interactions. While he was drinking water, fans screamed “Kiyowo” (Korean for “cute”), which made him laugh and ask:
“What’s so funny about me drinking water?”
He then jokingly explained how he usually drinks straight from the bottle and even mimed pouring water on himself!
There was also a funny moment when Baekhyun mispronounced the Indonesian slang “kuy” as “kui.” Fans playfully responded with a collective “Huh?” and then helped him correct it — an adorable language-learning exchange on stage.
“Gak Mau Pulang, Maunya Digoyang!” — Baekhyun Joins In
Near the end of the concert, fans shouted the now-legendary Indonesian chant: “Gak mau pulang, maunya digoyang!” (Don’t wanna go home, just wanna dance!). Baekhyun joined in the chant, saying he didn’t want to leave either.
He expressed his desire to meet Indonesian fans beyond concerts in the future:
“I hope I get the chance to see you outside of just concerts someday.”
With Jakarta setting the bar high, Baekhyun will continue his Reverie World Tour in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on August 23. With the love and energy from Jakarta in his heart, the next stops are sure to be even more electrifying!
