BTOB Delights Jakarta Fans with Unforgettable Performances and Signed Album Giveaways at Fan-Con

South Korean boy group BTOB lit up The Kasablanka Hall in South Jakarta on Saturday, June 7, 2025, with their energetic and heartwarming presence during the 2025 BTOB FAN-CON ‘3,2,1 GO! MELympic’ in JAKARTA, presented by FriedRice Entertainment.

Four members—Seo Eunkwang, Lee Minhyuk, Im Hyunsik, and Peniel Shin—graced the stage, delivering a fun-filled evening featuring music, games, and intimate fan interactions.

Kicking Things Off: Friendly Competitions and Laughter

The event opened with enthusiastic introductions from each member—Minhyuk, Peniel, Eunkwang, and Hyunsik—dressed in blue-and-white jerseys with “BTOB” emblazoned on the back and their birth years printed below. The playful “MELympic” theme turned the fan-con into a mini sports showdown.

The first game had members aiming baseballs at a numbered net resembling a goalpost. Team Peniel and Hyunsik came out on top. Next, the group competed in a signed-ball throwing challenge, testing how far they could toss their autographed balls. Minhyuk took first place, followed by Peniel, Hyunsik, and Eunkwang.

The final round was a hilarious giant ball relay that required teamwork with fans—aka Melody, BTOB’s fandom. Eunkwang’s team emerged victorious, earning him the gold medal, Minhyuk took silver, and Peniel claimed bronze. Unfortunately, Hyunsik finished without a medal this time.

Lucky Fans Win Signed Albums

The fun didn’t stop there—six lucky fans won signed albums through a seat number raffle. One of the winners, a fan named Reni, shared her excitement:

“At first I didn’t realize my number had been called. Then Minhyuk mentioned it, and I was shocked and overjoyed to receive a signed album,” she said.

Reni expressed her hopes for BTOB’s future, wishing for a full-member comeback and continued good health for the group.

“I hope all six members can make a comeback next year with a new album. I wish them health and strength always!”

Live Performances That Touched Hearts

Although Eunkwang apologized for not being able to dance due to a recent leg surgery, his vocals and charisma remained strong.

“I’m sorry I can’t dance this time—I had surgery about a month ago and I’m still recovering,” he explained.

BTOB opened their musical set with the heartfelt “Say Yes”, followed by two of their latest songs, Starry Night and Heaven. In between performances, the members shared their joy at returning to Indonesia.

“Melody mantul—mantap betul! We’re really happy to perform here today. Indonesia is amazing,” said Eunkwang emotionally.

The fan-con continued with crowd favorites like Miss You, Only One for Me, and Missing You, with the venue resonating with fans’ voices singing along.

“You all sing so well!” Hyunsik praised. “And I’m especially happy that Eunkwang won gold in the MELympic. We really miss you, and ‘Missing You’ is dedicated to all of you.”

They wrapped up their main set with upbeat performances of Beep Beep and Love Today, before coming back for an encore.

“Thank you for supporting us. I’m so happy to see you, and I promise to come back again,” said Minhyuk.

For the encore, BTOB sang Hi Beautiful and Beautiful to Me, walking around the stage and waving to fans.

“Thanks for waiting so long for us. We truly hope to come back soon,” Peniel said, closing out the night.

A Special Night for Melody

Ahead of the fan-con, BTOB had teased the event with a special video via @friedrice_live:

“Have you heard the exciting news about our fan-con in Jakarta?” Peniel asked.

“Just for this Jakarta fan-con, we’ve prepared lots of special surprises for our beloved Melody,” Minhyuk added.

Eunkwang highlighted the exclusive perks and prizes prepared for fans:

“We’ll be drawing names for special gifts—and who knows, maybe the winner will be watching this right now!”

“Opportunities like this don’t come often. See you on June 7 at 1 PM at The Kasablanka!” said Hyunsik.

“We can’t wait to see you, Melody,” Peniel concluded—in Bahasa Indonesia.
