Ticket Redemption Info
Ticket redemption will be available only on the concert day,
Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Ticket Box, The Kasablanka.
What you need to bring for ticket redemption:

A valid ID card (KTP, passport, driver’s license, or student ID) that matches the name on the e-voucher
If someone else is redeeming on your behalf, they must bring:

A printed e-voucher

A letter of attorney signed by the voucher owner with a Rp10,000 stamp duty
