D.O EXO Jakarta 2025 Ticket Redemption Schedule
To prepare for this much-anticipated concert, the ticket redemption schedule has officially been released.
Fans must redeem their e-voucher (received after online purchase) to obtain their official wristband ticket.
As announced via the official promoter’s Instagram, @ckstar.id, wristband ticket collection will be held on two days:
📅 Friday, August 8 | 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (WIB)
📅 Saturday, August 9 | 9:00 AM – Until Done
📍 Redemption Location: Gate A, Indonesia Arena (same as concert venue) Fans are strongly encouraged to redeem tickets a day before the concert to avoid congestion and ensure a smooth entry into the venue.
Required Documents for Ticket Redemption
To redeem your e-voucher for the wristband ticket, please bring the following:
1. If You’re Redeeming in Person:

Show your e-voucher (from your ticket purchase)

Bring your original ID (KTP for locals / passport for foreigners)
2. If Someone Else Is Redeeming on Your Behalf:

A signed authorization letter (can be downloaded via @ckstar.id)

A copy of the ID of the ticket holder and the ID of the representative

The e-voucher of the ticket purchase
