Ubermensch: G-Dragon’s New Chapter
This tour is part of the promotion for G-Dragon’s third full-length album, Ubermensch, released on February 25, 2025. On his personal Instagram, @xxxibgdrgn, he shared the album’s tracklist on February 8, 2025:
“G-DRAGON 3RD ALBUM TRACKLIST Ubermensch = 2025.02.25.”
The album contains eight songs, including two singles that received great acclaim, Power and Home Sweet Home. Power, released on October 31, 2024, topped iTunes charts in several countries. Other tracks include Too Bad, Drama, Ibelongiiu, Take Me, Bonamana, and Gyro-Drop.
According to The Korea Times, the title Ubermensch—a German term meaning “superman” or “overman”—refers to the philosophical concept by Friedrich Nietzsche. The album symbolizes G-Dragon’s strength and resilience as he enters a new phase of his life, reflected in teaser videos showing silhouetted images of himself moving closer amid dynamic lighting.
