 Concert Entry Procedure – What You Need to Know

Promoter MecimaPro has shared important details on how to enter the venue via their official Instagram account. Here’s a step-by-step guide for ticket holders:

1. Download the Loket X App
   Available on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

2. Login or Sign Up
   Use the email you used when purchasing the ticket. If you don’t have an account yet, sign up first.

3. Access Your e-Voucher
   Your concert ticket will appear as an e-voucher within the Loket X app.

4. Show the e-Voucher at the Venue
   On the concert day, show your e-voucher at the entrance to be scanned by staff.

5. Wristband Collection
   After a successful scan, staff will provide you with a wristband as your concert access pass.

6. Enjoy Fanzone Facilities
   Take advantage of various fun activities and facilities available in the Fanzone area before the show begins.

7. Enter the Concert Area
   When showtime comes, fans will queue based on their ticket category to enter the main venue.
