Kim Myungsoo, better known as L of INFINITE, returned to Jakarta with a night full of music, laughter, and heartfelt promises during his “UNCHANGED” Asia Tour on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at Ciputra Artpreneur Theater.
From the moment he stepped onto the stage, Myungsoo made the atmosphere feel warm and personal. Greeting fans with his signature charm, he joked that everyone could call him either “Myungsoo” or “L.”
“You can call me Myungsoo or L because they’re both my names,” he said with a smile before adding, “Or you can even call me chagi, my love. Nice to meet you all. I love you, chagiya.”
The playful introduction immediately sent the audience into cheers and perfectly set the tone for an intimate evening.
The concert opened with a special solo performance of “Where U Are,” originally an INFINITE group song. Myungsoo shared that it was the first time he had ever performed the track by himself on stage.
“This is actually my first solo show in Jakarta, so I hope we can create lots of fun memories together today,” he told fans.
He also revealed that “Where U Are” holds a special place in his heart, admitting that he once thought it could have been the group’s title track.
“I really love this song. At the time, I even thought it should become the title track. But there were so many great songs as well.”
The surprises continued with another song that fans had not heard him perform in a long time. Once again, it marked the first time he sang it as a solo artist.
“How was it? Was it good?” he asked, receiving loud applause from the audience.
Myungsoo then introduced “One More Time,” explaining that the song was originally an OST from one of his dramas before moving on to “Top To You,” a track from his solo album.
“I performed it in an acoustic version today. I wanted to make it feel more like a ballad for all my beloved fans.”
Throughout the night, Myungsoo frequently interacted with the audience, even drawing attention to his all-white outfit.
“I’m wearing white today, just like the Indonesian flag,” he joked, making fans laugh.
He explained that the shirt was actually being worn for the very first time in Indonesia.
“If you look closely at the details, this is the first time I’ve worn this outfit, and I’ve never worn it in any other country. Before the show, my stylist even told me to show it to everyone because the design is special.”
His effort to speak Indonesian delighted fans even more. Although he admitted he did not know many words, one phrase stayed with him throughout the evening.
“The phrase I use the most today is sayang chagiya,” he laughed.
He enthusiastically greeted the audience in Indonesian, asking, “Apa kabar sayangku? Are you ready? Let me hear your voices, my love!” At one point, he even playfully shouted “Kicau Mania,” surprising everyone with the unexpected local reference.
During one of the talk segments, Myungsoo also shared the meaning behind the tour’s title, “UNCHANGED.”
“‘Unchanged’ means that even though time continues to pass, nothing will ever change between you and me.”
He explained that considerable preparation had gone into the concert, from the stage production to arranging the setlist.
“We prepared a lot for this stage. I think you’ll really enjoy the structure of the concert and the songs we selected.”
Fans also impressed him by enthusiastically performing fan chants for one of his newer songs.
“You already knew the fan chant? How did you know?” he asked, clearly surprised.
Although he admitted he was initially nervous about performing a new song, the audience’s passionate response made him feel much more comfortable.
“The song is really good, isn’t it? You all screamed so loudly. It made singing it feel much easier.”
As the concert neared its end, Myungsoo expressed his gratitude while teasing fans about the traditional “last song.”
“This is almost the last song, but as you all know, the last song isn’t really the last because there’s still an encore. Saying it’s the last is just a formality.”

The encore became another emotional highlight of the evening.
Having not visited Jakarta for quite some time, Myungsoo said he was genuinely happy to reunite with Indonesian fans.
“I’m so happy that I could meet all of you here today. Even the MC’s energy was incredible.”
He also shared his excitement about watching the first episode of his latest project, Love In Sync, immediately after the concert and encouraged fans to tune in as well.
Before saying goodbye, Myungsoo gave Indonesian fans one of the biggest compliments of the entire tour.
“Throughout my ‘UNCHANGED’ tour, Indonesia is always ranked number one. Every country has a different atmosphere, but today’s enthusiasm was truly amazing.”
Closing the night with heartfelt gratitude, he promised that this would not be their last meeting.
“Thank you once again to everyone who came today. I’ll come back again. I love you, chagiya. Thank you, my love. I’m so happy today. Goodbye, my beloved.”
With countless smiles, touching conversations, and unforgettable performances, Myungsoo’s first solo concert in Jakarta became exactly what its title promised—an “unchanged” bond between the artist and the fans who have continued to support him through the years.
