Jakarta – South Korean solo singer Paul Kim successfully held his first concert in Jakarta on Saturday (April 19, 2025).
Held at Ciputra Artpreneur, the concert—promoted by Blend Company—fulfilled fans’ dreams of hearing the singer’s sweet voice live.
Titled “Sincerely Yours,” the concert started around 7:10 PM local time, accompanied by live music.
Opening the show with the song “So Long,” Paul Kim instantly took fans back to the hit drama Hotel del Luna.
“Nice to meet you all!” Paul Kim greeted the audience after performing his first two songs.
The 37-year-old singer expressed his gratitude for finally being able to perform in front of his Indonesian fans through a concert.
“This is my first concert in Indonesia and the last concert of the ‘Sincerely Yours’ tour,” he said.
The combination of live music and Paul Kim’s sweet voice truly delighted the audience’s ears. The roughly 2.5-hour performance seemed to pass by in a flash.
Performing over 15 hit songs, including Original Soundtracks (OSTs), Paul Kim was all smiles throughout, seeing the fans’ enthusiastic response.
He also expressed his amazement that fans knew even the lesser-known tracks from his albums.
“As a singer, I feel so happy that people know the songs from my albums,” he shared.
Fans were initially puzzled as to why two of his biggest hits—“Me After You” and “Every Day, Every Moment”—hadn’t been performed by the end of the main set.
It turned out that the singer had saved the much-anticipated songs for the encore at the end of the show.
As the concert wrapped up, Paul Kim expressed his hope to meet his Indonesian fans again in future concerts.
