Jakarta, todaystage – South Korean singer Paul Kim successfully held his debut concert at Ciputra Artpreneur Theater in South Jakarta on Saturday night (April 19, 2025).
Jakarta marked the final stop of Paul Kim’s Sincerely Yours Asia tour, celebrating his 10-year career in music.
The singer, whose real name is Kim Tae-hyeong, admitted he was surprised by the enthusiasm of his Indonesian fans.
Even more impressive, the Paul in Love fandom didn’t just come from Indonesia. Fans also traveled from Malaysia, Singapore, and even South Korea to attend the show.
Interestingly, hundreds of Paul in Love members from South Korea came to watch the singer-songwriter perform live in Indonesia.
“Who was that? Are there any Koreans here?” Paul Kim asked when he heard some audience members speaking fluent Korean.
To his surprise, hundreds of Korean fans raised their hands, revealing that they had indeed come to watch the concert in Jakarta.
Most of them were South Korean nationals currently living and working in Indonesia.
“Wow, there are quite a lot of you!” Paul Kim said in amazement.
Curious to know more, Paul Kim asked where the audience members had traveled from.
“Did some of you come from far away to be here?” he asked.
His question was quickly answered by excited fans from Singapore and Malaysia.
“Wow, thank you so much for coming all the way here,” he responded warmly.
Paul Kim mesmerized the crowd with his beautiful voice during the Sincerely Yours concert last night.
He invited his Paul in Love fans to sing along to his hit songs like Me After You and Coffee with Me.
He also performed many of his popular tracks, including HANGANG, Always Be With You, After Summer, Rain, Love Letter, Together, and I Remember.
