Who is PLAVE?

PLAVE (플레이브) is a virtual boy group from South Korea under VLAST, consisting of Yejun, Noah, Bamby, Eunho, and Hamin. They made their debut on March 12, 2023, with their first single album titled Asterum.

What makes them unique? PLAVE is not your average AI-generated group. They use motion capture technology to capture every member’s real movements and facial expressions—bringing their virtual performances to life in a realistic and immersive way.

The name “PLAVE” combines “Play” and “Rêve” (French for “dream”), symbolizing a playful dream world. Their official fandom is called PLLI (플리), a fusion of “Play” and “Reality,” representing the connection between fans and PLAVE in the real world.
