With DAY6’s “Forever Young” concert set to take place this Saturday, May 3, 2025, at Stadion Madya Gelora Bung Karno (GBK), fans were recently shaken by unexpected refund emails circulating on social media platform X (formerly Twitter). Many My Day (DAY6 fans) expressed confusion and concern, questioning whether the concert had been canceled.
One user, @pud****, shared their surprise online:“Suddenly got a notification about being able to refund from @tiket because the event was canceled?”
This tweet quickly gained traction as other fans reported receiving similar emails from the same ticketing platform, despite not requesting refunds.
Mecimapro Official Statement
In response to the growing concern, concert promoter Mecimapro issued a statement via their official X (Twitter) account @mecimapro:
“#DAY6_FOREVER_YOUNG_JAKARTA_2025 – For information regarding the event, please only refer to official announcements published from our social media accounts. Please be assured, the concert will proceed as scheduled. Thank you.”
(Translation: “Please only rely on official information released on our social media. Rest assured, the concert will go on as scheduled. Thank you.”)
So far, there is no official cancellation. The promoter confirmed that the concert is still happening as planned.
Ticketing System & Wristband Update
Unlike previous Mecimapro events, this concert won’t require early ticket redemption. Instead, all attendees will receive wristband tickets on the day of the show.

After verification, a wristband will be issued.
