Jakarta is ready to take the global spotlight! ALOKA officially presents Rich Brian in his “Where Is My Head? World Tour”, with the Indonesian capital chosen as the opening city for his 2025–2026 world tour.
The concert will take place on November 29, 2025, at Beach City International Stadium, Ancol, Jakarta, marking a special moment where Rich Brian will not only showcase his latest work but also return to the roots of the culture that shaped him.
“When we began discussions with Rich Brian’s team, one thing we wanted to achieve was for Jakarta to be the first city to witness this world tour. Rich Brian started from this city, and it was important for us to deliver a show that is not only grand in scale but also emotionally close to its audience,” said Budi Aloka, Founder & CEO of ALOKA, in an official statement on Thursday (Nov 27, 2025).
As an Indonesian artist who has made a mark on the international music scene, Rich Brian’s return to Jakarta is more than a concert—it is a tribute to his homeland. According to Budi, choosing Jakarta as the tour’s opening city was a strategic decision that highlights the global industry’s confidence in Indonesia’s concert capabilities.
“We wanted to start this tour from his home city, a stage that welcomes Brian as a global musician while also recognizing him as someone deeply rooted in Indonesian identity,” he added.
The concert is designed to international standards, from stage setup, lighting, and sound systems to visual integration that supports the narrative of the “Where Is My Head?” album and tour concept. Tickets are available in several exciting categories, including Platinum Meet & Greet, Festival Edamame, Festival Serpents, and Tribun Senja. The Platinum Meet & Greet section allows fans to meet and take photos with the “King of Hip Hop” from Indonesia.
“We want to create a show that is not only enjoyed but also remembered as one of the most memorable music moments of the year. Some tickets are almost sold out, especially the Platinum Meet & Greet, which is highly sought after because it offers the chance to meet Rich Brian in person,” Budi explained.
In addition to Rich Brian as the headliner, Weird Genius and PORIS will perform as opening acts. They were chosen for their energy and musical style, which align with the current trends in Indonesian music. “This stage is also a space for local talent to perform alongside global artists, part of our vision to expand Indonesia’s music movement,” Budi emphasized.
The concert is projected to draw thousands of fans from across the country and abroad. More than just entertainment, the event represents an important milestone for the growth of Indonesia’s live music ecosystem.
“Our hope is that this concert opens the door for more international shows to consider Indonesia as a major destination. The world should see that Indonesia not only has a dedicated audience but also the infrastructure and organizers capable of delivering world-class performances,” he concluded.
