SUPER JUNIOR 20th Anniversary TOUR in JAKARTA – Ticket Exchange Information

ELF, the countdown is on! Super Junior is coming back to Jakarta with Super Show 10 as part of their 20th Anniversary Tour. To make sure you don’t miss a thing, here’s a quick guide to the ticket exchange process and all the benefits waiting for you.

Ticket redemption will take place at ICE BSD, Hall 8:

• Friday, September 12, 2025 — 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM WIB
• Saturday, September 13, 2025 — 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM WIB

To make the process smooth at the counter, don’t forget to check the ticket redemption requirements carefully!

If you’re picking up the ticket yourself:

• Show your digital e-voucher.
• Bring a valid original ID: KTP, passport, driver’s license, or student card.
• Make sure the name on your ID matches exactly with the name on the e-voucher.

If someone else is picking it up for you:

• Bring a printed e-voucher.
• Include a signed authorization letter with a Rp10,000 duty stamp from the ticket owner.
• Attach a photocopy of the ticket owner’s ID (the same name stated on the e-voucher).

Without these documents, the ticket redemption may be denied, so double-check that everything is complete!

For ELF that’s got the Sound Check benefit, the exchange will be done together with the e-voucher exchange. And one last reminder, make sure to purchase your tickets only from our official partner, Tiket.com, to avoid scams or fake tickets.
