DAY6 fans in Indonesia, known as MY DAY, were recently left puzzled and a little disappointed by the latest update about their beloved band’s concert titled “Forever Young in Jakarta.” The concert, originally scheduled to be held at Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) on Saturday, May 3, 2025, was suddenly moved to Stadion Madya Gelora Bung Karno (GBK).
MecimaPro, the promoter responsible for bringing DAY6 to Jakarta, responded quickly by releasing a new seating chart tailored to the new venue. The venue change drew some complaints from MY DAY members who had already purchased their tickets.
Fans were concerned that the long, rectangular layout of Stadion Madya would offer a different concert experience compared to the circular structure of JIS, where fans on all sides could enjoy a closer view of the stage.
However, MecimaPro didn’t ignore the fans’ disappointment. To lift spirits, they announced exciting news that immediately re-energized MY DAY. Through their official social media account on Monday, April 14, 2025, the promoter revealed a special surprise sure to excite fans:
“We hear you, MyDay Indonesia! 🎉 Your request is coming true! #DAY6_FOREVER_YOUNG_JAKARTA_2025 will not be just any concert—it will be DAY6’s first-ever stadium concert,” the promoter wrote.
And the biggest surprise? MecimaPro revealed that all DAY6 members would be riding around the entire stadium on special moving carts!
With these carts, fans in all seating sections—no matter how far from the main stage—will have the opportunity to see Sungjin, Young K, Wonpil, and Dowoon up close.
“And the best part? All DAY6 members will be going around the stadium with their MOVING CARTS, so wherever you are, you’ll get to see them from close up,” the announcement emphasized.
“This concert will surely be a night to remember—and one you won’t want to miss,” they added.
