1. Customers do not need to register or make reservations online to enter the pop-up store. You will also not be charged to enter the area.
2. Customers are advised not to queue overnight.
3. The organizers cannot guarantee the safety of ARMYs at night.
Gandaria City Mall security also does not allow any queues at night before the pop-up store opens.
4. To ensure fair treatment of every customer, the organizer provides a queue number that can be obtained in a designated area.
5. Queue numbers will be distributed starting at 9:00 am at the North Entrance of Gandaria City Mall. The queue number is only valid for the same day and is only valid for one person.
6. Queue numbers have a limited quota each day, according to the capacity and operating hours of the pop-up shop. If the quota has been met, then you can come the next day.
7. Customers are expected to keep the queue orderly and organized. Queues may be closed early in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
8. Customers can enter the pop-up shop according to the time indicated on the queue number.
9. Customers can only enter through the entrance of the designated area and submit the queue number to the pop-up shop staff.
10. To ensure a comfortable and safe shopping experience, only 40 people are allowed to enter the pop-up shop at a time, according to the predetermined order.
11. Each customer is given a maximum of 30 minutes inside the pop-up shop, including time to view products and make payment.
12. After exiting the pop-up shop, customers are not permitted to re-enter immediately. You are requested to take the queue number again if the quota is still available.
