The 16th Djakarta Warehouse Project (DWP) will soon be held at JIExpo Kemayoran, Jakarta, on December 13, 14 & 15, 2024. The performers have prepared a special show that will amaze the audience.
One of the local DJs, Whisnu Santika, the second day’s performer, admitted that he would present a new visual. He has never used the visual anywhere, but it was his first at DWP 2024.
“For DWP tomorrow, most of my visuals are new, I have never used them or used them at a club or festival. Everything is new, made by the Rubah Hitam team,” said Wishnu Santika, in the Kebayoran Baru area, South Jakarta, on Thursday, December 5, 2024.
In addition to Whisnu Santika, there is also Dipha Barus, one of the first day’s performers, who has a new work. The plan is for his new song titled “Surak” to be performed at DWP 2024. The song “Surak” is scheduled to be released on Friday, December 6, 2024.
“There are many new songs that I have saved and because the world stopped for two years, they haven’t come out yet. So the preview is at DWP,” said Dipha Barus.
In the press conference session, other performers who were present, such as DJ Jody MHR, have prepared tech house genre music for Sobat Medcom who will come to DWP 2024. There is also DJ Pixie who has thought of special clothes to be shown to the audience later.
In addition, Argi Wibawa as the brand manager also mentioned one of the Girls Generation members from South Korea, namely HYO at DWP this year. “Because she has also started to switch to the electronic world, we will also bring her to the DWP stage this year.”
Previously, the DWP 2024 line-up had been announced up to the third phase. It can be seen that there are several names of local and international DJs who will enliven this year’s event.
Starting from W&W, Zedd, Beauz, Cosmic Gate, Dipha Barus (first day); Armin Van Buuren, Timmy Trumpet, Argy, Mau P, Whisnu Santika (second day); to Anyma, Steve Aoki, Alison Wonderland, and HYO (third day).
