In a press conference held on Thursday, December 5, 2024, Sarah Deshita as program director and Argi Wibawa as brand manager of Ismaya Live explained the new concept of DWP24.
The 16th Djakarta Warehouse Project (DWP) will be held again at JIEXPO Kemayoran, Jakarta, on December 13, 14 & 15, 2024. Visitors will experience a different experience with a new concept and stage.
In his statement, Argi Wibawa invited the audience to attend DWP24 this year because the main headliners, Anyma, will give the last performance of their Genesys Tour in Asia. In addition, DJs from Russia and Germany, ZEDD, will bring their Telos Tour on the Djakarta Warehouse Project stage this year.
“In addition to that, in addition to the extraordinary names that we have announced, several local heroes will also bring something special and another surprise to DWP this year.” said Argi Wibawa.
Ismaya Live as the organizer has prepared a larger main stage. If previously the stage was widened to the side, this year the main stage of DWP will be twice as wide to the top.
“To maximize the performance from Anyma and other artists on the biggest stage. The LED screen will be many times larger this year and we will rest the head of the garuda first to accommodate the screen for Anyma.” said Sarah Deshita.
In addition, there are several special performances from various DJs on all stages and there are also new names for other stages at DWP this year. “Altitude stage (Marlo special performance with some artists) on Day 1. There are 2 stages that will be brought, namely dragonation bringing local heroes and there is also a 360 concept stage surrounding the audience called Orbit 360.” Argi. And besides that, there is also a special stage that will bring the audience like they are in the Bass.
Every day on the main stage, there will be a Nusantara dance entitled “Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Moment” and every day there will be a different traditional dance, namely from Betawi, Kalimantan and Bali.
Apart from the new concept and stage, the DJs are also worth looking forward to. Starting from W&W, Zedd, Beauz, Cosmic Gate, Dipha Barus (first day); Armin Van Buuren, Timmy Trumpet, Argy, Mau P, Whisnu Santika (second day); to Anyma, Steve Aoki, Alison Wonderland, and HYO (third day).
