K-pop girl group VVUP delivered an unforgettable performance in Jakarta, captivating Indonesian fans with their energetic live rendition of “Super Model” at the Mark & Lona House Party With VVUP event held at Lippo Mall Puri, Wednesday (December 26).
The performance marked the group’s first-ever live stage in Indonesia, and the excitement from fans—lovingly known as VVinie—was unmistakable from the very first beat.
Energetic Stage, Loud Cheers from VVinie
As part of their collaboration with fashion brand Mark & Lona, VVUP appeared confident, stylish, and full of energy in front of hundreds of cheering fans. “Super Model,” one of their most popular tracks, was performed live for the first time in Indonesia and instantly received an enthusiastic response, with fans loudly requesting an encore.
In addition to “Super Model,” VVUP also performed several other fan-favorite songs, including “House Party,” “Giddy Boy,” and “Invested in You.” The crowd followed along closely, singing and clapping to the rhythm, while the group responded with warm smiles and sincere appreciation.

One of the most memorable moments of the night came when Jiyoon surprised fans by speaking in Bahasa Indonesia, instantly igniting cheers across the venue.“Terima kasih selalu mendukung kami. Aku sayang kamu,” she said enthusiastically.
“Aku juga belajar mantul!” she added, drawing laughter and loud applause from the crowd.
Her effort to communicate in the local language was met with overwhelming support, reflecting the strong bond forming between VVUP and their Indonesian fans.
First Visit to Indonesia and Rising Global Presence
VVUP, consisting of Kim, Paan, Suyeon, and Jiyoon, is a K-pop girl group under EgoENT. The group recently gained international recognition after winning the Rising Star Award at the 34th Seoul Music Awards, further solidifying their growing presence in the global K-pop scene.
Their appearance in Jakarta marks their debut visit to Indonesia, making the event especially meaningful for both the group and their fans.
