The Superdiva Concert is set to take place on January 17, 2025, at the Indonesia Arena, Gelora Bung Karno Complex in Jakarta. This concert will feature spectacular performances by three Divas: Kris Dayanti, Ruth Sahanaya, and Titi DJ, along with three rising young stars from Super Girls LTZ: Lyodra Ginting, Tiara Andini, and Ziva Magnolya.
Various preparations have been made by the singers and the teams involved, including music director Erwin Gutawa and stage director Jay Subyakto. Each singer has been practicing daily to enhance their vocal and musical harmonization.
During the concert, the three Divas won’t just perform solo, but will also collaborate with Super Girls LTZ. Around 44 songs are expected to be performed during the 2.5-hour concert. Titi DJ guarantees that the audience will be thoroughly amazed by the live show, as many unexpected surprises have been prepared.
“There are a lot of challenges, from those 44 songs, some will be sung by six people, three people, two people, and solo. There will be many production numbers that will make our fans go, ‘Wow, how come like this?’. So, there will definitely be surprises,” said Titi DJ during the Superdiva concert press conference in Jakarta on Friday, January 10, 2025.
Many are curious about who the duet partners will be for the upcoming concert. Given that each member of the 3 Divas and Super Girls LTZ has a distinct vocal character that defines their style, the anticipation for their duets is high.
Titi DJ revealed that she will duet with Tiara Andini, Ruth Sahanaya will be paired with Ziva Magnolya, and Kris Dayanti will perform with Lyodra.
“Actually, the seating arrangement is a hint for the duet partners. I’ll be with Tiara Andini, Ziva with Uthe, and Lyodra with KD,” Titi DJ said.
In addition to the duet partners, the audience will also be surprised by the spectacular musical arrangements by maestro Erwin Gutawa. Based on the rehearsal process so far, Titi DJ herself is amazed and confident that the audience will have a one-of-a-kind experience that they won’t find at any other concert.
“There will be opportunities for the audience to sing along, but they’ll be thinking, ‘Wow, how come like this, how come like that.’ When it’s our turn for a solo, that’s when we allow the audience to sing along,” Titi DJ explained.
“Our hope is that everyone will be amazed, stunned, because from the opening to the closing, we won’t let them catch a breath,” she added.
