In Indonesia, creators are exploring this format in different ways. One example is MALAKA, which was named Top Education Podcast Indonesia 2025 at Spotify Wrapped Live. For creator Tasya Alma, video podcasting has grown far beyond its original purpose. Her podcast Biar Ga Nyesel, which ranked among the Top 5 Self Care Podcasts 2025 at Wrapped Live Indonesia, started as a deeply personal project.
“I initially created Biar Ga Nyesel as a very personal source of motivation, but over time it turned into something truly special for me,” Tasya explained.
“Video podcasting became a space where I could share about career journeys, life choices, and the questions many of us face. I’m really grateful to see how those conversations resonate with listeners.”
