Time: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM WIB - December 17, 2024

Time: Starting from 09:00 AM until completion
Make sure to bring your e-voucher (digital or printed) and a valid ID (KTP, SIM, Passport, or Student ID) matching the name on the e-voucher.
If you cannot attend in person, someone else can redeem your ticket on your behalf, but they need to bring a signed authorization letter (with a Rp10,000 stamp duty). The authorization letter template is available on the official website at wavehereon17dec.com. The representative must also bring a printed e-voucher and a photocopy of the ticket holder’s ID.
Important: Wristbands and special packages will only be given to the e-voucher holder or their authorized representative, provided all requirements are met. Make sure to have all documents in order for a smooth redemption process.
