Location and Schedule for Ticket Exchange: Mecima Pro has stated that there will be no ticket exchange at the JIS area. Ticket exchanges are recommended to be done before the concert day.

• Tuesday to Friday, February 4-7, 2025 (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM WIB): Ticket exchange for all categories.
• Saturday to Sunday, February 8-9, 2025 (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM WIB): Ticket exchange for all categories.

Note that the ticket exchange will close one hour before the ticket exchange period ends.

Ticket Exchange Process: Ticket exchange for Seventeen’s concert can be done either personally or through a third party.

For attendees who wish to exchange concert tickets through a third party, please pay attention to the following information:

• Bring an e-voucher or printed proof of purchase.
• A power of attorney signed on a stamp.
• Bring a photocopy of the ticket owner’s ID card and the ID card of the person exchanging the ticket.
• The maximum number of e-tickets that can be exchanged by a third party is 3 (three). If a third party wants to exchange more than three tickets, they will need to queue again.
