Member Interaction with Carat
It wasn’t just the performance that was captivating; the interaction between SEVENTEEN members and Carat was also a highlight. The members were very energetic and interacted warmly with the fans. They spoke in Indonesian, which made the atmosphere even more intimate and close. Moments like these showed how strong the bond between SEVENTEEN and their fans is.
Some members even interacted directly with Carat near the stage, creating unforgettable moments for the lucky fans. The familial atmosphere and closeness at this concert truly felt special.
‘Presence’ of Jeonghan and Jun
Two members of SEVENTEEN, Jeonghan and Jun, had to miss the Jakarta concert this year. Jeonghan is currently serving his mandatory military service, while Jun had a prior personal schedule that couldn’t be avoided.
Before the song Snapshoot, the SEVENTEEN members sat facing a screen that showed a beach background in Sokcho. They sat together, leaving space in the center for two people. This space was meant for Jeonghan and Jun.
“Let’s sit here and save a spot for Jeonghan and Jun,” said S.Coups during the concert in Jakarta on Saturday, February 8, 2025.
Wonwoo Remembers ‘Mahal’ from Yogyakarta
Wonwoo, a singer and rapper from SEVENTEEN, suddenly recalled his time in Yogyakarta while in Jakarta.
“When we came here, I suddenly saw a YouTube video about a trip we took to Yogyakarta with S.Coups and Jeonghan,” said Wonwoo at JIS on Saturday (February 8, 2025).
“And I watched it again, and it brought back amazing memories,” he added.
With a smile, Wonwoo then mentioned to S.Coups about a word in Indonesian he learned during the trip.
“Mahal, mahal. There’s the word ‘Mahal’ here,” he said, which was met with cheers from the fans.
The word “Mahal” became a catchphrase that Jeonghan used when filming content in Yogyakarta every time they bought something or took a ride on a motorized rickshaw.
Wonwoo, S.Coups, and Jeonghan had previously traveled to Indonesia for a Battle Trip content. Due to the fond memories of Yogyakarta, Wonwoo said he would love to experience another vacation like that.
“It makes me want to travel again. We enjoyed every place we visited,” he said.
“And today, we are enjoying the concert, and this concert adds an amazing memory for Carats,” he continued.

The Power of SEVENTEEN’s Three Sub-Units
One of the most exciting parts of the concert was how SEVENTEEN showcased the strength of their three sub-units: the Hip-Hop Unit, Vocal Unit, and Performance Unit. Although each sub-unit specializes in different areas, when they performed together as one, the synergy was extraordinary! The Hip-Hop Unit with their powerful rap, the Vocal Unit with their beautiful and captivating vocals, and the Performance Unit with their intricate and mesmerizing choreography. Everything blended perfectly, creating an incredible harmony.
Pi Cheolin’s Appearance
Pi Cheolin is a character created by SEVENTEEN’s youngest member, Dino, in the content Going Seventeen. Pi Cheolin made his stage debut at the Golden Disc Awards in Jakarta in 2024. Referring to this, Dino was asked to perform the rap part of the song Fighting by BSS.
“You know that Pi Cheolin first appeared in Jakarta, right?” said Hoshi.
Vernon Sleeps on Stage
Before the song Oh My!, the members of SEVENTEEN had a fun gimmick on stage.
While some members were playing with stage props like a basketball or badminton, the youngest member, Vernon, was actually sleeping on a mattress, complete with a blanket.
He lay in his sleeping position for a few minutes until other members came to wake him up to begin singing.
Seungkwan Talks About Megawati
Boo Seungkwan suddenly brought up Megawati Hangestri Pertiwi at the SEVENTEEN concert held at Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) on Saturday, February 8, 2025.
At first, Seungkwan mentioned how happy he was to have a concert in Indonesia again.
“Today, I’m very happy. It seems the concert is going well because of the warm energy from CARAT (SEVENTEEN’s fans),” said Seungkwan.
He then recalled playing volleyball in Menteng, Central Jakarta, with Mingyu in 2022.
“I remember playing volleyball here with Mingyu,” he said.
Then Seungkwan mentioned Megawati, who is currently part of Korea’s volleyball team, Red Sparks.
“I also want to thank her, I’m a fan of Red Sparks. They have a player from Indonesia,” said Seungkwan.
“Do you know Megawati?” he asked, which was met with loud cheers from the crowd.
Seungkwan explained that Megawati had contributed significantly to their beloved volleyball team, which is why he was grateful.
“Thanks to Mega, we won after 13 years,” he said with a smile.
In the end, Seungkwan shared how he had a conversation with Mega when he attended a Red Sparks match in Korea.
“I also had a chat with Mega. I told her, ‘CARAT Jakarta is amazing,’ and Mega said, ‘I’d love to meet you in Jakarta,’” Seungkwan explained, causing the venue to erupt with excitement.
“Basically, I want to get closer to Mega,” he added.
Jeonghan’s Voice
Jeonghan, a member of the vocal team, was absent due to his mandatory military service. However, his presence was still felt when the vocal team, consisting of Joshua, Woozi, DK, and Seungkwan, performed Candy.
At the beginning of the song, there was a part that belonged to Jeonghan, which was intentionally left unfilled by anyone else, allowing Jeonghan’s voice to resonate during the concert.
Touring with a Cart
There was something different at this concert: carts that transported the SEVENTEEN members around to greet their fans up close.
There were four carts, each carrying 3-4 members. These carts traveled from the right and left sides of the stage and circled around.
As they toured the stadium in the carts, the SEVENTEEN members waved and interacted with the fans at a closer distance.
Hit Songs and Nostalgia
This concert also featured a selection of SEVENTEEN’s hit songs from various albums, from their debut songs to their latest tracks. Each song was sung with great emotion, making the Carats sing and shout together. There was a nostalgic moment when their older songs were performed, bringing back beautiful memories for fans who have followed SEVENTEEN since the beginning.
Additionally, some songs were performed acoustically, providing a different and more intimate atmosphere. This showcased another side of SEVENTEEN and their ability to adapt to various musical styles.
The excitement from Day 1 ofSEVENTEEN [RIGHT HERE] WORLD TOUR IN JAKARTA can also be felt on Day 2, which will be held on February 9, 2025, at the same venue. Before the concert, the promoter Mecima also prepared various exciting activities, such as photo booths and banners featuring SEVENTEEN members’ faces. Don’t miss it!
