TWICE’ Dahyun Asked For ‘Divorce’ To Young K in Nothing But MV

On August 31, 2023, JYP Entertainment released the music video for DAY6 member Young K’s first solo comeback titled Nothing But.

Nothing But serves as the title track for Young K’s solo comeback album, ‘Letter With Notes.’ What makes the Nothing But music video interesting is the collaboration with TWICE’s Dahyun, who stars as the video’s model.

Dahyun’s appearance had already caused a buzz online and among fans when JYP Entertainment released teasers for the Nothing But music video. In the music video, Dahyun is seen gazing coldly in Young K’s direction, while he looks back at her with a sense of sorrow, portraying a woman seemingly ready to let go of their love.

One particular scene where Dahyun removes a ring from her finger and hands it to Young K, akin to a couple going through a ‘divorce,’ became a hot topic among DAY6 and TWICE fans.

In the ‘Letter With Notes’ album, apart from Nothing But, there are other supporting tracks like ‘Wait,’ ‘Let It Be Summer,’ ‘Dreamer,’ ‘Bungee Jumping,’ ‘Natural,’ ‘STRANGE,’ ‘SOUL’ (feat. Choi Elb), ‘Playground,’ ‘Babo,’ and ‘what is…’ All of these songs were written by Young K himself.

Meanwhile, Young K has recently completed his solo concert, which shared the same title as his comeback album, ‘Letter With Notes.’ The concert took place at Kwangwoon University’s Donhae Culture and Arts Center in Seoul from September 1st to 3rd.
