A ROW OF SONGS CREATED BY ASAHI TREASURE THAT MUST BE INCLUDED IN YOUR PLAYLIST

When talking about songs, of course there are lots of song recommendations, especially your favorites; there must be a lot, right?

Well, this time, todaystageid will give you a recommendation for a boy band by YG Entertainment, namely Treasure.  Many of Treasure’s easy-listening songs are written and created by the personnel themselves.

One member who has also contributed to several Treasure songs is Asahi. The 22-year-old Japanese member has a talent for composing and writing song lyrics.

Orange

This is the first Treasure song that Asahi created. Orange is included in the single from Treasure’s third album, The First Step: Chapter Three, released in November 2020.

Asahi created the song Orange together with YG Entertainment producer Future Bounce. His groupmates also helped with the lyrics. They are Haruto, Choi Hyunsuk, and Yoshi.

Treasure’s first ballad song has a deep meaning. It’s about an unwanted breakup. Orange also has a meaning about the time of sunset. The combination of song lyrics and music in this song is suitable to accompany you when you are upset.

Clap!

Clap! is one of Treasure’s B-side songs on the mini album The Second Step: Chapter Two, which was released in October 2022.

Asahi acted as a composer, assisted by YG Entertainment agency producer and songwriter DEE.P, as well as being the songwriter for this song. For lyric writing, he was again assisted by Haruto, Choi Hyunsuk, and Yoshi.

Clap! has lyrics about the importance of spending time together. Through the lyrics of this song, Treasure expresses the joyful feeling of being able to gather with loved ones.

Thank You

And the third one is Thank You (ft. Haruto). Along with the song Clap!, Thank You is the B-side of the mini album The Second Step: Chapter Two. It carries the genres of fast-tempo rhythm and rock-like sessions. The song was written by Asahi and Haruto and composed by Asahi. Assisted by DEE.P.

Although the music sounds cheerful and upbeat, Thank You has a melancholic meaning. It expresses gratitude for the good memories you have shared with someone. It also contains a wish for the ex to be happier. And meet a better guy.
