A Cross-Cultural Horror Experience
Jakarta, December 16, 2025 — Heart Pictures has officially released the poster and trailer for its first feature film, TOLONG SAYA! (DOWAJUSEYO), while simultaneously announcing its nationwide theatrical release on January 29, 2026.
The film is directed by Nur Muhammad Taufik and Sjahfasyat Bianca, and stars Saskia Chadwick, Cinta Brian, along with South Korean actors Kim Geba and Kim Seoyoung. The story follows Tania (Saskia Chadwick), an Indonesian university student living in South Korea, whose life takes a dark turn when she becomes entangled with a restless spirit named Min Yong (Kim Seoyoung).
With the help of Dr. Park Min Jae (Kim Geba), a doctor who slowly falls in love with her, Tania attempts to uncover the tragic truth behind Min Yong’s life. However, the presence of Dion (Cinta Brian), a mysterious man burdened by a haunting past, further complicates the situation. As Tania begins experiencing disturbing hallucinations and relentless supernatural terror, the boundaries between reality and the spirit world start to blur.
A Haunting Trailer with Emotional Depth
The official trailer delivers a series of chilling and suspenseful scenes that immerse viewers in Tania’s escalating nightmare, while also highlighting the emotional tension of her complicated love triangle with Dr. Park Min Jae and Dion. Mystical elements drawn from both Indonesian and Korean traditions are seamlessly woven together, creating a fresh and atmospheric horror experience.
Beyond its intense pacing and emotional storytelling, the trailer also showcases stunning visuals of iconic locations across South Korea, adding a captivating visual layer to the film’s eerie tone.

Executive producer Herty Purba expressed her excitement upon unveiling the trailer and poster after more than a year of production in South Korea.“We feel incredibly proud and happy. After more than a year since we completed filming in South Korea, we can finally share the poster and trailer of TOLONG SAYA! (DOWAJUSEYO) with audiences. The title DOWAJUSEYO comes from the Korean phrase 도와주세요, which translates to “Help Me.”
The film also features a diverse cast of Indonesian actors from various generations, including Aruma Khadijah, Dito Darmawan, William Roberts, Husein Alatas, Yati Surachman, and Debby Sahertian.
Director Nur Muhammad Taufik shared insights into the challenges of the international production process:“Filming in South Korea and working with actors from both Indonesia and Korea certainly came with its own challenges. However, everyone gave their best and remained highly professional, making the entire process enjoyable.”
Co-director Sjahfasyat Bianca added:“The fusion of Indonesian and Korean mystical cultures creates an intense and emotional storyline. Combined with visually stunning cinematography, it introduces a fresh mystical atmosphere to the big screen. We hope this film offers a new and refreshing cinematic experience for horror fans.”
A Familiar Melody with a New Emotional Twist
The emotional weight of TOLONG SAYA! (DOWAJUSEYO) is further amplified by its theme song — a reimagined version of the legendary Indonesian hit “Semua Tentang Kita” by Noah. The song is performed by Shakira Jasmine with Korean lyrics under the title “Urieui Iyagi”, adding a unique cross-cultural touch to the film.
